Welcome to Seacoast apartment. Enjoy your vacation on Miami Beach in an extraordinary, newly renovated two bedroom apartment. This unit is a two bedroom, 2 bath Master, apartment full of new furniture and is extremely spacious! The master bedroom has one King bed while the secondary bedroom has two twin size beds and a futon that can transform into a Queen sized bed. This apartment also has access to all the Seacoast Suites Amenities, including; Daily Housekeeping Service, Ocean side Pool, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts and direct access to our world famous white sand beaches.

Overall for the price on the beach, compared to others, very pleased with layout of apartment and owner's attentiveness to any problems upon arrival. Apartment could use a washable paint job (white walls) because walls near light switches/walls are not very clean or have the cleaning service do a better job. Owner was very attentive whenever I text a problem. Keypad door would not secure, sent a locksmith that evening and found it was just a battery. Could not start the oven after I flipped circuit breaker several times, Owner sent an appliance gentlemen next day and found it was an electrical problem in the wall which is the properties responsibility and property maintenance came and advised to flip the breaker fast and hard and it worked ...Yeah! Kitchen is very nice....could provide more than 3 bowls for a family of 4 ;o) Yes, there is construction outside the balcony but, that did not bother us as you really could not hear it and the balcony is not ocean view, but, we were fine with that too for the price on the beach...walk through the lobby, pool area and you're on the beach! If you take 2 cars, you can pay an additional $60 a month valet for the second, cheaper than daily for the week..that was nice! There is security throughout the building...you have to let them know your unit# when entering until they get to know who you are! You can not take your pets/luggages/bathers through the lobby...must take them through the service elevator! Valet took our luggage...that was nice! Nice fitness center to stay up on your workouts! No eating/drinking near the pool...they have a tiki bar (extra cost) and an eating area for you! When you go to the beach...there is a gentleman you can rent chairs/umbrella from for tips only.....please tip...very nice service! There is no public transportation available on the beach strip....recommend using uber or rent the citi bikes to get around on the strip North to South Beaches! There is a boardwalk 3 or 4 blocks down that will take you to South Beach! There is a Publix about 1.5 north of the property. No Walmart close by ;o( Traffic is busy and it's expensive to eat out in the area! Overall a beautiful place to experience! Recommend this property!
We stayed here for a week at the end of January 2015. It was our first family vacation with our 6 month old, so we were counting on the ammenities that were described. We were disappointed that the condo did not have its own washer and dryer. This should have been clearly stated. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers available in a laundry room for the entire floor. Money has to be loaded onto a card to use these machines. Very inconvenient. The master suite guest washroom shower leaked, so the floor was wet the entire week. The a/c vents were disgusting and dirty. The toilet seat in the second washroom is broken. We were looking forward to swimming, however the pool heater was broken. The condo directly above us was renovating their floors. So there was constant loud banging, while attempting to get my baby to nap. There was no toilet paper provided. The balcony door was difficult to open. The view was dismal. It faced the building next door which was under construction. POSITIVES: the keyless door entry was very convenient. The layout of the condo is nice. This condo should be no more than $200/night.
Nice pictures in the listing, but this place was a big disappointment. Pros: Nice pool/beach, nice art work, decent furniture/accents, and secure parking. Cons: Location, inside of the apartment is in serious need of some upgrades (i.e. needs paint in every room, needs lock replaced on the front door, needs master shower fixed so that water doesn't leak all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower, needs to do something about the mold spot on the drywall of the master bedroom, needs to clean/replace rusted heating/cooling vents, needs more than 2 random cups. Also, would've been helpful if owner had provided any toilet paper, tissues, or paper towels.
Encontramos todo de acuerdo a lo acordado. Si tuviera que realizar alguna sugerencia consideraría equipar la cocina con mayor vajilla y reforzar la limpieza.
