Bronte is certainly one of the most sought after locations for those who love the sea plus the surf. This part of the coastline is a must for serious surfers. It is also one of the most picturesque land and sea vistas that you will find around the Eastern suburbs and the Sydney coastline. It nestles among such other beaches as Clovelly, Coogee, Tamarama and Bondi.
All are close enough for you to venture along the coastal walk and enjoy the beach front cafes and restaurants along the way.This apartment with 2 bedrooms, just 4 minutes walk to the beach, This dwelling is suitable for a family or 2 couples.
The property is traditional and is located in the lower part of an older house. It is a basic but comfortable beach pad with beach and ocean views (This property is priced accordingly, it is not a luxury property). The windows of the kitchen, family room and one of the bedrooms all face towards the view of the ocean.
There is a combined dining family area; the kitchenette has a convection oven that is combined with a microwave, a double burner cooktop and a fridge, as well as cupboards for storage.
The lounge room is very comfortable with sofas and a Plasma TV. A large bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet has plenty of room for the laundry as well, a washing machine, clothes rails and a laundry tub.
1 bedrooms has queen sized bed, the other a double bed, both have ceiling fans; there is storage for your clothes and bedside tables.
All bed linen is provided for your use. On the lawn at the front of the property there are outdoor chairs and a table as well as a BBQ for your alfresco dining.
The bus stop is at your door and there are frequent services to Bondi Junction (train station), Circular Quay and Central Station.

We are an agency, we don't meet you at the property, the keys are collected from our office which is centrally located in Darlinghurst. However, our friendly staff are just a phone call away! We are always happy to help you with any issues you may have.

We supply a small Welcome pack on arrival with hotel size bathroom essentials and tea & coffee

Arrival information together with key safe code for access direct at the property will be provided once a reservation is fully paid.
In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.
Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.
If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on ***** and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
