This one bedroom apartment is located in Crows Nest in a security building of a fully renovated block of apartments. You enter through the security entrance and up one flight of entrance steps for access.
There are only four apartments in the block offering a quiet, private "home away from home" feeling. The special feature of this apartment is the huge enclosed, private deck with garden and dining table. Facing north east the deck gets the sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon, great for entertaining or private relaxation.
Fabulous location with the bus at the door, the train is three to five minute walk away and great cafes and restaurants one minute walk away. Walk into North Sydney takes seven minutes.
