NOT a "beach house", Don't waste your time or money,dirty, inaccurate property details, Multifamily

This is NOT a beach house and is not a private home! It is a multifamily unit. Host is beyond unprofessional and lives on site with other renters. This is a dirty, older property with a very mildewy and moldy smell. If you have asthma, beware and prepared. The host stays on site at the bottom level and there are numerous other rentals within this unit, NOT a "beach house". We booked our vacation property based on the property details, the advertisement and pictures as disclosed, however, much undisclosed details at this property. We had several situations upon check-in and vacated the property once we realized the true situation. Host informed us that we only had 2 parking spaces then guides us to park our 3rd vehicle a few blocks away at a pay station on the street. When we told her about her misleading pictures and ad she changed it & said we could pay her $15/day for her own parking space. Once we contacted customer service she gave up her space, offered us $80 & kept changing her mind where we park. She updated her property listing admitted it was unclear, then chastised & falsely accused us of wanting to "party" because we brought coolers, but couldn't since she was there. We had food in the coolers. Boat & camper in the back yard, grill area is not usable & deck covered in trash. Nothing about this property is what was disclosed. If you want a clean private "beach house" that is safe, serene & secure do not book this property!! Would give a 0 if I could!
