The cabin location is so convenient, very close to pictured rocks falls. There are enough rooms, beds, sheets, etc, and it's great for families to share. The kitchen almost has everything you need to cook. Tim is very nice and helpful. We will come back to stay here again!
We had a wonderful time and stay here. The place was a little ways out of the city and kind of out in the sticks. But the place was very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was not working while we stayed here but other than that everything else was fine.
Stayed at the home for 3 nights. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, lots of kitchen supplies. Tim was great! Gave kids popsicles and let them play with his dog. We were able to get firewood from him, had bonfire every night, yard was great. Location was good re: getting to the hiking trails. Very good restaurant a mile away. Overall, was a great stay!! We will return.
The property is in very good condition and the house is designed/decorated nicely. Owner Tim is very friendly.
The water smells sulphur but Tim mentioned it up front so we were prepared.
Great place for a large group. Tim (owner) met us at the property, and was available for questions regarding the property. House was clean and comfortable. Tim even dropped off additional card table to use with our large group. Had a great time viewing the sights of the area. Beautiful surroundings - quiet place for a family reunion.
This home is absolutely amazing! We had 19 people that fit very comfortably with extra beds to spare! Two of us camped in the backyard which was extremely secluded and woke up to the birds just a-singing! The bonfire pit was perfect and we were able to buy firewood from the homeowner who was just up the road. Tim Grogan was great to work with, I texted him a lot of questions and he was always prompt to answer and it never seemed to bother him! The hot tub was incredible and we definitely enjoyed it after getting caught in a storm on Lake Superior where we had rented pontoon boats for the day to see Pictured Rocks. The home was immaculate and it's obvious Tim takes great pride in his guests' experience. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an incredible trip!
