Oversize double deep commercial stainless kitchen sink. Bosch Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer/Icemaker. There is a second refrigerator in the house for extra beverages and freezer space.
The walk in laundry room has LG oversize washer and Dryer. There is central vac system and kickspace vacuums in the kitchen and foyer.
The slate tile Mudroom off the kitchen provides room for extra dry goods, shoes, or jackets in inclement weather. umbrellas are provided.
The waterview Dining Nook between the kitchen and Living rooms seats six, the Kitchen Island seats two, a tall side table seats four. There is also dining seating for six in the family suite.
The spacious living room has a fully functional oversize Pennsylvania River stone fireplace, which incorporates the iron mooring rings from the fireplace in the former Moors Restaurant fireplace and a Chinese sandstone hearth. The mantle is a reclaimed beam from an antique Provincetown home. There is an Insignia 50 inch flat screen TV located over the fireplace with surround sound, Ipod/Iphone dock, DVD player, and Wii system for games or Netflix.
French sliding doors leads to rear deck (Aprox 8 ft X 30 ft) with Weber grill and Outdoor casual seating for 10. The living room can seat 40+ for a catered event.

French Slider leading to rear deck with fabulous views of P-town Harbor, Long Point Light house and Pilgrim Monument. Deck features loungers and outside seating. (Walk in closet only available for guest use July & August) Large antique Mirror and Vintage Bureau from P-Town’s Burch Estate. The En Suite Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub with view of Provincetown Harbor and the Pilgrim Monument. It also features a custom slate double shower. Toilet and large European style sink.
The 2nd Bedroom has full water view from the Queen size bed. It has French sliders with access to the top deck and 3 windows. It has a standard size closet, a dresser, and large mirror.
The 3rd Bedroom has woods view in summer and distant water view in winter from the Queen size bed. It has two windows and a skylight. It has a standard size closet, a dresser, and large mirror.
The Blue Room and Green room are adjacent to Bathroom 2 which has a custom tiled floor, European vanity sink , full size tub/shower, and toilet.
The 1200 square ft walkout basement family suite has Brazilian Mahogany floor in the sleeping area and tile floors in the adjacent game room. 6 Awning windows provide natural light. The interior stairway from the game room leads directly to the main floor kitchen. An elegant ½ glass door leads provides a separate entrance as well. There is Queen size bed, a single bed and a set of bunk beds. This room can sleep up to five comfortably. Bathroom three is located between the sleeping area and game room.
Bathroom 3 has Stall shower and single Vanity with toilet and sink.
The game room is part of the family suite. It has a tile floor and includes a love seat,32 inch flat screen TV, a dining table for 4-6, and a discrete storage area for beach items. Puzzles and board games are provided.

Groceries and Deli are available at the East end marketplace an easy walk away down the steps and one short block away. Angel food is within 3 blocks. Provincetown theater ½ block
Fanizzis and the Mews both offer great food and full service bars within a few blocks.
A portion of the driveway to the house is through a neighboring Bohemian fisherman's and artist colony and is very rustic.
Our group came for Carnival week, the majority for the first time in PTown, and had a great time. Patrick is very friendly, relaxed, and accommodating. The house is tucked away, very quiet, but walking distance to town. The inside of the house is beautiful and very comfortable. The living/dining area is very spacious for a large group. My favorite area is the upper sun deck with the water view. Great for relaxing with a glass of wine and getting some sun! Some of us rented bikes and the bike racks at the bottom of the staircase at the back of the house was perfect. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and everything was clean. Patrick's housekeeper was absolutely delightful. We arrived very early as we got in on the early ferry, and she let us store our luggage inside the house while she was cleaning. Overall I would definitely recommend this property for a large group, especially those wanting peace and quiet away from the town noise but close enough to walk there.
Our group of 10 (6 adults, 3 kids, and one happy puppy) had an absolutely wonderful time at Patrick's house. The property is spacious, so nobody ever felt on top of each other, the communal areas were perfect for hanging out all together, the fireplace made the slightly crisp nights toasty warm, and the location really can't be beat. The house is secluded enough that it's quiet, but you're an incredibly short walk/bike right into the center of PTown.
The views from the top porch were wonderful and made leaving very difficult. We hope to be back one day soon!
This place is great. Clean, well maintained, beautiful house. Excellent open kitchen and common room on 1st floor, quiet leafy location just far enough away from the Commercial Street hubub but still so close to the center of it all. Couldn't ask for more - accommodated our 11 person group quite well!
This home was wonderful for our family's week-long vacation on the Cape! The floor plan is perfect to allow everyone some privacy while still having plenty of room to come together. We had 3 generations staying there for the week, and all were extremely happy with the accommodations. The owner, Patrick, was a pleasure to deal with. We loved the fact that he was close by in case we had any problems, and he was so patient and quick to help us with a couple of small requests. Being set back a bit from the road, we loved the privacy and quiet; yet we were still just a quick walk to all the action. Hope to be back again in the coming years! I can't believe it's taken me this long to write this review. I'll keep it short and sweet. Let me begin by saying, I highly recommend this property. I've rented many a home in P-town throughout the years but I must say, this was the best. The location is perfect. It's tucked away in a very private neighborhood but yet steps away from everything. Once you park your vehicle in the expansive driveway you need not use it for the rest of your stay. Just rent some bikes and your good to go.
The place is immaculate and includes all of the wonderful amenities you could ever need on a vacation. The landlord is wonderful and will be at your beck and call if there are any issues. ( i.e. We had a clogged toilet on day 2 and he was there in a jiffy no questions asked.)
Oh - did I mention how amazing the view is from the second floor deck... If you rent this place your sure to have a good time. See you in July.
We rented this house for 2 weeks in July and had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We could walk to Commercial St in a few minutes and bike or drive to the beaches. Although it was so close to town it is up on a hill and very quiet. The view from the second floor deck is of the bay and beautiful! We had our coffee up there in the morning and spent time reading and relaxing there as well. The house is very clean and large. Nice linens,towels etc. The owners are nice and helpful as well. It was the first time we rented on Homeaway and were pleased with the ease of the rental. We would definitely rent this house again!
