The unique Santa Fe community is located in the heart of Mc Cormick Ranch, therefore in the center of all interesting activities, and our second residence, available for rental just some months of the year, stands right there, next to the lake, with the rare priviledge to border directly the greenbelt with no walls to block the view.

The open floor plan is the largest in the Santa Fe community (2050 sq/ft) and thanks to a total remodeling,the house is full of light ; we opened the roof above the kitchen allowing to see the blue sky while cooking or while sitting at the breakfast bar, and did the same above the large high ceiling entrance.

The huge walkin shower of the master suite has a glass wall allowing the morning sun to illuminate it.

The kitchen features granite counter tops all around with a breakfast bar, high end stainless steel appliances with a very quiet dishwasher,

all the dishes and ustensiles you might need, like toaster, juicer, 2 coffee machines, pressure cooker etc...

From the kitchen, a door leads to the laundry room and another one to the garage.

The master suite, opening on the patio, has a king size bed with a very thick cushioned mattress of the highest quality, a wall mounted 42' TV and 2 reading spots are placed above the bed. The master bathroom, with double sinks and granite leads to the walkin closet well equipped ; 2 bathrobes are at your disposal.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large beautifull antique desk with a Canon printer on it (you can use it as an office), a walk in closet and a bathroom with a tub and a view on the atrium.

This second bedroom has a private entrance door leading to the front patio, equipped with a cocktail table and chairs.

The spectacular entrance decorated with a huge Mexican mirror above a credenza and art objects leads to the living room :

on the left, the dining area with a heavy Mexican glass table with 6 comfortables seats faces an atrium lit at night ;

on the right, another atrium, 2 soft leather sofas, and next to the 50' LCD TV, a wet bar with a wine cooler.

A sliding door brings you in the beautifull L shaped patio which borders the greenbelt and is very private in same time.

Open the wrough iron door and walk one minute on the grass to reach the lake, 2 minutes to the heated pool and Jacuzzi or exercise room.

The patio offers different species of cactus, bougainvillea, white and pink oleanders ; 2 orange trees faces it on the greenbelt.

At your disposal on the patio, you will find a BBQ, 1 table and 6 armchairs, 2 recliner chairs to rest and watch the birds ; there is also a Mexican fireplace for wood burning.

You can use the 2 bicycles placed in the garage to go along the numerous trails.

In the neighbourhood, there is a golf course, many restaurants and bars, resorts (Scottsdale conference or Hyatt), across the street in Paseo Village, LA fitness, Walgreen, Starbucks with a sidewalk terrass, a brand new restaurant and bar. the Vig ; you can walk to the Village.

The grocery store Albertson is at 3 minutes drive.

The famous Scottsdale Fashion Square is at 6 or 7 minutes drive.

Great Location in McCormick Ranch

This townhome has access to miles of sidewalks and paths around McCormick Ranch and the greater Scottsdale area. The master bedroom is large with a big screen TV and very comfortable bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a full bath off of the hallway. Nice kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is Southwest artwork and decorations in the townhome. The courtyard is private and comfortable. The owner and local property manager were very responsive. The WiFi, however, was very slow. There is a printer in the second bedroom. Direct TV was available for both large screens. There is a neighborhood pool nearby.

As a first time user with VRBO, i was hesitant and concerned. The home was exactly as pictured and described. Paul, and his real estate manager Fred, could not have been more hospitable. The home was perfectly located and featured everything described on the website. i would highly recommend staying there.

Loved this House!

My husband and I rented Paul's house in December. I would agree with other reviewers in that it exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful house, with a lovely open and spacious feeling. The property manager was just wonderful to deal with. The master bedroom is large, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen has modern appliances, and it was probably the nicest kitchen we've seen after years of renting in Scottsdale. The location is the can just walk outside and get to the pathway and the lake. We will definitely be asking to rent this house again!

Absolutely Outstanding Rental

This rental was a flawless experience from beginning to end. The pictures and condo description were accurate in every way. The owner was easy to work with and made the sign up process a pleasure. Arrival was flawless with the manager explaining everything you need to know at check in. The condo is pristine in every way as shown in the pictures. Location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood located close to everything you are looking for on vacation. I agree 100% with the other favorable reviews and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for an outstanding place to stay and vacation experience.

Being veteran vacation renters, this property exceeded our expectations at every turn. We enjoyed many "happy hours" on the front patio, watching the daily routine of the neighbourhood and being amazed at the friendliness of the neighbours both on the street and at the lovely pool and quiet exercise facility. The owner and property manager were also extremely friendly, attentive and responsive to our needs. The owner pointed us toward many of his favourite hiking trails and restaurants. We absolutely loved the very private deck and BBQ at the back which faces onto a green belt, were charmed by the two interior atrium gardens and unique decorating, thoroughly enjoyed the large screen televisions, large master shower, 5.5 ft guest bathtub and walk-in closets. However, beyond all this were two things that really made this propery really stand out for us: (1) two bikes in the garage available for our use on those fantastic Scottsdale pathways - we had no idea that this condo was so wonderfully situated and, (2) the gourmet kitchen outfitted with the best quality of large and small appliances, unexpectedly vast array of serving and casserole dishes, ramikens and bakeware plus place settings for eight. Truly a cook and entertainer's delight. Tres bien, Paul. We only wish that our two month getaway could have been two years!

Wonderful Holiday!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at this home in December. From the booking to the check-out, everything went perfectly. The owner, Paul, was very timely to our inquiry and made the booking process so easy. He is extremely hospitable (thank-you again for the welcome gifts) taking the time to contact us while we were there to make sure our stay was going well – even though there is a local manager nearby, who is a very pleasant gentleman.

The location is perfect: safe for a walk in the evenings, central to all Scottsdale activities, walking distance to very good coffee shops and restaurants and quick access to a 20-mile+ biking path. The unit was very quiet, clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. It is very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen which is important to us since we like to cook.

Although we didn’t sit outside too often as the temperatures for the December evenings were a bit low, the area is lovely and private. As was mentioned by another reviewer, picking a fresh orange from the tree behind the house was such a treat.

This home will definitely be our first pick for our next Arizona vacation!
