We are nestled between the quaint Old Town of Scottsdale, and the glitzy outdoor shopping/entertainment districts of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. We are located in the Scottsdale Green Belt, offering 11 miles of trails, parks, golf courses and lakes. Open the door of our beautiful home, and the oasis is waiting for you.
Paseo Village is within walking distance, where you can enjoy morning coffee at Starbucks, and have lunch/dinner at the fashionable Vig. Walgreen, LA fitness, a Postal service shop and several other stores add to the convenience.
Albertson's grocery store is a quick 3 minutes drive and Scottsdale Fashion Square is a 6-7 minutes drive.
The open floor plan is very spacious (2050sq/ft). The townhouse is bathed in sun-drenched light thanks to the skylights added during the extensive remodeling of our home.
The minute you enter the home from the spectacular wrought iron entrance door, you will be in awe of the unique design of this floorplan. A huge Mexican mirror above a credenza and several art objects set the mood for this beautifully decorated townhome. Two atriums adorn the living/dining area, making for a unique ambiance, especially when lit at night.
The living room feature 2 leather sofas , 50" LCD TV, over-sized coffee table, wet bar with wine cooler. A sliding door brings you out onto the beautiful L-shaped private patio, which borders the Green Belt.
The patio includes a BBQ, dining table with umbrella, six armchairs, 2 reclining chairs and a Mexican wood-burning fireplace. Imagine sipping after dinner drinks under a star-lit sky surrounded by cacti, bougainvilleas, oleanders and orange trees, blended with the warm odor of burning mesquite wood from the cozy fireplace ! The lake is just a few steps away as are the community pool, jacuzzi and exercise room.
The dining area includes a heavy Mexican glass table with 6 comfortable chairs. One of the beautiful atriums looks onto the dining area.
The kitchen features granite counter tops, breakfast bar, high-end stainless steel appliances with a very quiet dishwasher. large oven, microwave..You will find the kitchen cupboards stocked with all the dishes and ustensils that you need in your home-away from home : toaster, juicer, coffee machines, pressures cookers etc...
Exiting the kitchen leads you to the laundry room and garage.
A designer desk is there next to the kitchen for your convenience.
The Master Suite opening onto the patio has a king-size bed with a very thick cushioned mattress of the highest quality (pure cotton sheets of course). A wall-mounted 42" TV and 2 reading lights above the bed add to the high quality Master Suite.
The Master bathroom has dual sinks with granite tops ; This leads to the very large shower with natural light and to the walking closet in which you'll find 2 plush bathrobes.
The second bedroom with its own private entrance from the front patio, has 2 twin beds, a beautiful antique desk with Canon printer, making this dual purpose room easily convert into a home office with our free wifi network and free of charge phone calls to the US and Canada. A walk-in closet and a bathroom with granite top and tub/shower looks onto the atrium.
Included in the rental are two brand new bicycles that will allow you to enjoy this outstanding location.

A DREAM OF A HOUSE, A DREAM OF A LOCATION, A DREAM OF A STAY
How spacious, luminous, so clean and just beautiful this house looks !
This is our 4th stay in the Santa Fe neighborhood and the first in this home which is by far the best we have stayed in..
It is elegantly and comfortably furnished, the kitchen is beautiful and has everything you might think of, the large master bedroom and the living both open on the patio which is very private and so well maintained with beautifull plants.
We enjoyed this patio everyday, for lunch or dinner around the large table next to the BBQ or in the morning at the coffee table . We liked the fact that the patio's door opens directly on the greenbelt !
It is obvious that an extensive remodeling took place recently throughout the house allowing the natural light to get in everywhere and with spot lights lightning up the plants at night,
Fred, the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly is very efficient and the owner had 2 brand new bikes delivered in the middle of our stay ; Fred or Paul the owner were always reachable and ready to answer our questions or needs.
Wifi is very efficient, free phone calls in North America, all the TV channels available...we could not ask for more.
We also enjoyed the very close by heated pool and Jacuzzi as well as the exercise room, and also the miles of paths along the lakes.
This was a marvelous experience and we will book soon again.

THE PERFECT LUXURIOUS VACATION HOME, IN & OUT.
Everything was well organized by the owner ; the rental process was very easy and upon our arrival, we have been welcomed by Fred, an older gentleman who takes care of the home ; he showed us everything we needed to know in the house and a plus is that he lives one block away in case we need him !
Anyhow, we are very very happy for having choosen this house ; it is even nicer than on the photos ; in a nutshell, this townhouse is beautiful, extremely clean, very comfortable, excellent quality of sheets and towels, luxurious kitchen extremely comfortable king size bed and very large shower room in the master bath.
We enjoyed the fast WIFI and all the numerous channels (even Canadian) of the 2 large screen TVs
We used a lot the 2 patios which are impeccably maintained.
2 brand new bikes allowed us to go all along the pretty paths of Mc Cormick Ranch.
On the top of it it is an absolutely quiet neighborhood although the stores are close by (4 minutes walk to Walgreen) , downtown Scottsdale at a 7 minutes drive.
This is probably the best one my husband and I stayed in !
Located close to everything including miles of walking and biking trails. House is in a quiet residential area, yet close to all major Scottsdale attractions. House is well equiped with everything you’ll need and beds are very comfortable. Owner is attentive and followed up on at least 2 occasions during our month stay to ensure we were comfortable.
Quiet and comfortable
We stayed in this property for two weeks. It's close to restaurants, golf and shopping, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to miles of pathways for walking or biking. The photos are accurate, the home is clean and comfortable, well equipped, and in good shape. The owner was very responsive throughout the rental process, checked in on us on arrival and again prior to departure. His property manager, Fred, was also available if we needed him (which we didn't). Very easy rental experience. This is a good one!

Paul's home is exactly as described. In fact, it was even more spacious that I expected. The kitchen is well equipped for those who choose to eat in. The outdoor area, complete with barbeque lends itself to relaxing outside at the end of the day.
The neighborhood is clean and quiet with the pool nearby. Morning and evening strolls along the paved paths that meander beside ponds and golf course offer some good birding. There are two bikes that come in handy for those who choose to go farther faster.
Paul does a commendable job of keeping in touch to make sure your stay is gong well. I will be recommending his home to friends or family heading to the Phoenix area.
Great Location in McCormick Ranch
This town home has access to miles of sidewalks and paths around McCormick Ranch and the greater Scottsdale area. The master bedroom is large with a big screen TV and very comfortable bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a full bath off of the hallway. Nice kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is Southwest artwork and decorations in the town home. The courtyard is private, pretty, and comfortable. Direct TV was available for both large screens. There is a neighborhood pool nearby. Fabulous location: close to Old Town Scottsdale, 10 minutes to Kierland, grocery store, pharmacy, Starbucks, and easy access to the 101. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner and local property manager were very responsive. It was cold when we visited and I needed another blanket. The owner had went sent next day from Amazon. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and was terrific. Thank you Fred and Paul.
