Are you serious?? I would not recommend them to anyone!! 4 days before we were due to fly out to Sydney for our holiday, and after paying them over 1 month in advance including our 1 weeks bond, we received a phone call saying that the owner had cancelled our accommodation because the people that were suppose to leave decided at the last minute they wanted to stay longer. I had also rung them the day before we got this phone call to organise the pick-up of the keys and all was fine at that point. What I also find disgusting is they didn't even have the courtesy to ring us themselves, they got another holiday agency to ring us and inform us of this!! We were fortunate that the agency they got to ring us were more than helpful and were able to accommodate us elsewhere at such short notice but if it wasn't for that agency the $5,500 we had paid out on flights and accommodation we could have lost a large part of it and had our holiday ruined. Not to mention our 3 children having their holiday ruined due to greed and pure unprofessionalism. If i could give a negative 5 star rating I would!!
