Welcome to SouthBeachVillas. Our brand new Miami Beach Luxury Waterfront Vacation Rental Home which launched in at the beginning of 2016.
It is with great pleasure that we announce our newly constructed luxury waterfront home located right next door to our already existing luxury waterfront vacation home which we've been offering to guests since 2010.
As reference, our original property next door has been advertised on Homeaway #387125 and VRBO #329033 and we have received over Seventy (70) Five Star Reviews.
Our goal is to provide all of our guests with a dream vacation experience by offering one or two homes side by side as a unique villa style experience.
Our newly constructed home is a complete custom design build and is approximately 7000 sq.ft. with a long list of premium quality features, amenities and appliances.
The main home is configured as a 6 bedroom (7Bed) 6 Bathroom layout capable of sleeping 14 guests comfortably with additional space for 4 Hotel Style roll away convertible beds that can fit in 4 of the large over-sized bedrooms as well as a new OPTIONAL Inlaw Apartment located on the ground floor of the home.
3 of the home's bedrooms are equipped with a king sized bed, 2 of the bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom is equipped with 2 queens. Total accommodations for the main home is 18 including the roll away beds.
The home is also equipped with an optional "In-law Apartment Suite" located on the ground level. This is a self contained suite with separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a full sized kitchen. The master bedroom has a King Bed, the guest room has a full sized bed with a twin bunk and a twin trundle bed capable of accommodating 4 as well as a new Queen Sized pull out couch with upgraded pillow top mattress in the living area. The in-law apartment can accommodate 6 -8 guests in beds with privacy between all rooms.
Between the main home and the in law suite, our home can sleep 20 guests comfortably in beds with a max of 26 if you include Roll-Away beds and twin Bunks.
We are also proud to offer all of our guests with linens, pillows, towels and all of the necessary toiletries during their stay. As a convenience feature, we also offer coffee, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices as part of your stay.
We look forward to providing our guests with a very luxurious environment situated on three levels with minimum ceiling heights of over 9 feet on each of the three levels and over 24 feet of ceiling height within our dining room located in the center of the house which features a custom Teak Root Round Table.
The top floor of the home also features two equal sized master bedrooms each with king sized beds, large 55" televisions, his and hers walk in closets, large private ensuites featuring new imported copper and nickel soaking tubs with integrated air bath systems, remote controls and entertainment systems. The showers are extra large with rainforest shower heads and each ensuite has a television for private viewing and an integrated audio / video system for a truly relaxing spa like experience. Wireless access will allow you to play your own music from the comfort of your smart phone or apple device.
Each Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1 and 2) have private balconies and magnificent views overlooking the inter-coastal waterway, the Miami Beach Skyline along with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets as the back of the home faces due south.
The main floor kitchen is a custom designed chefs masterpiece complete with a 48” Sub Zero Fridge, a Sub Zero Wine Fridge, a Sub Zero Beverage Fridge, a Meile Microwave, a Meile Espresso Coffee Machine complete with Cappuccino capabilities and a gourmet 36” Wolf gas Range.
The Kitchen also features an open concept design with sliding door access to an oversized wrap around 1000 sq. ft Balcony overlooking the inter-coastal waterway as well as the built in heated salt water pool and integrated hot tub.
To the center of the home and adjacent to the Kitchen is a large Dining Room that features an over-sized custom teak root round dining table capable of accommodating 12 guests comfortably. The dining room has ceiling heights of over 24 feet and features floor to ceiling glass overlooking the wonderful views from the back of the house as well as sliding door access to the wrap around balcony.
The dining room is adjacent to the living and family room and feature a 75' extra large LED television along with comfortable leather seating.
The large balcony has stairs leading to the ground floor of the home that features a complete outdoor living experience. The ground floor beneath the home is an open concept design with a built in outdoor bar, beverage fridges, Ice chests, games area, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, beer kegerator, wood burning pizza oven, wet bar and many other luxury features..
The ground floor overlooks the custom heated saltwater pool that features a built in custom Jetted hot tub along with an extended shallow area for lounging. Since the home faces south, the sun shines on the backyard from sunrise to sunset with plenty of area for lounging and relaxing in the sun. Sun beds are also provided for a relaxing poolside experience.
The entire home including the ground floor living area and pool is considered a Smart Home and is currently wired for a truly unique and futuristic audio and video experience that features Control4 home automation. Through integrated technology using your smart phone, you’ll be able to control all aspects of your audio and video experience anywhere on the property including managing custom play lists from your iphone or ipad.
We also have a customized Commercial Chef’s Kitchen available for rent as an option during your stay or we can provide our guests with a fully catered experience with food and drinks for a small additional fee.
The Chef’s Commercial Kitchen can be utilized as a professional cooking facility to accommodate larger groups or for small intimate gatherings.
The Chef’s Kitchen features a large fridge and freezer combo, along with a gas Chef’s Grill, Professional grade appliances, Large pots, pans and other necessities for any discriminating food connoisseur. Since the Chef’s kitchen will be conveniently located away from the main entertainment and dining facilities of the home, you will have plenty of room to enjoy the property including the main gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen while your food is being prepared.
All in all, this estate has been designed for quality luxury entertaining as well as pure enjoyment of one of Miami’s finest waterfront communities.

About the Upper East Side:
The Miami Beach Upper East side is growing and evolving as a trendy tropical neighbourhood. We're 5 minutes away from a Publix for all your grocery needs, 10 minutes from Costco in case you want to indulge in some 'family' sized shopping. 5 Minutes away from Miami Shores Golf and Country club that has a fun and challenging 18 hole course at very reasonable rates.
We're also very central to everything including the airport. Anything that you'd want to do in Miami is no more than 15 minutes away including the airport ride from MIA. We would certainly recommend renting a car for your stay as it will undoubtedly save you money as opposed to taking a taxi, but if you choose to cab it, you will not spend a fortune getting around.
As we are on the inter coastal waterway, the premiere attraction here is water. Ask about the various water sports you can indulge in within the neighbourhood including having private use of our 60' Sunseeker Predator.
The property is located on a live spring fed river and home to lots of aquatic life. See Manatee, dolphins and a variety of fish swimming and jumping from the private dock in the back yard.
If you like sunshine, our backyard faces south so you get plenty of sunshine from sunrise to sunset.
This is truly a property to enjoy and experience all Miami has to offer.

Hi I'm John and thank you for visiting our our property site. My family and I are very pleased to offer our newly constructed Miami Beach luxury home as a vacation destination. We purchased the vacant land next door to our current home listed on homeaway #387125 in the summer of 2012 and for 3 years have poured all of our energy into building this dream vacation home. Our new home will be offered as luxury 'hotel style' with all quality amenities ready for use by our guests. We also maintain 2 full time staff members attending to our home so that our guests enjoy maximum comfort and safety. We entertain a lot of friends and family in our daily lives and this property is an entertainer's dream. Full outdoor kitchen, bar, and living area are just some of the quality amenities. All of are appliances are commercial grade Sub Zero, Meile, Wolf and True. Our dining table is also a one of a kind teak root table that seats 13 comfortably. The kitchen island is also a chefs dream with a one of a kind built in stainless Troff to keep your favourite food on Ice. We also pride on making our home as clean and well equipped as possible so that all you need to do is bring your toothbrush and some sun screen and you're ready to go. We also love this property because most all of Miami is comprised of man made canals, which when water stands for long periods of time, can attract mosquitoes and other undesirable insects. Because this home is situated on a fresh water fed River, the water always flows outwards towards the ocean all day and night regardless of which way the tide is flowing and therefore there is no standing water, which means mosquitoes are minimized. In fact, many locals to the Miami area who visit our home are amazed at how we can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere unprotected by screens because there are very few insects as a result of the property's advantageous location. The back of the home also faces south so we get maximum sunshine from sunrise to sunset. This is a very unique feature compared to other homes facing in various directions where you lose the sun early in the day. Most people come to the Sunshine State to get some sun but we've also create plenty of shaded areas when you need a break from the sun. With our new home, you will find yourself perfectly situated in the middle of everything with just a short drive to all major attractions.
What makes this Estate unique
One of the most unique features of this home is that we have 2 Identical Master Bedrooms on the top floor of the home so that guests that share in the cost of the rental will not feel Like someone has the better room. In fact, all of our bedrooms are comfortable suites complete with full closets, some with private ensuite and an entertainment system in each room. Like our other property next door, you will find that our pictures will not do our house justice. The atmosphere you encounter from the moment you enter the front door is indescribable. From the extremely high ceilings, to the ultra comfortable sitting areas throughout the home both inside and out, to the many well equipped gourmet kitchens, you will have all the luxuries you desire within this offering. The pool also has a built in Hot Tub, with new loungers poolside and comfortable deck chairs around the pool. All light up with LED lighting at night. We also have an amazing and comfortable set up along the dock where you can relax and enjoy sunsets. If you like entertainment, we have a brand new large screen LED Smart TV in the living area and in each room of the home including the 2 master bathrooms. The ultra High Definition makes you feel like you are on the set with the actors and in fact brings a whole new experience to watching tv or your favourite movies. And, for the ultimate movie star treatment, some of our lucky guests have been fortunate enough to use our 60 foot Sunseeker Predator, the same boat featured on many James Bond movies. This boat will travel at almost 40MPH on the water and is quiet and smooth enough to have a casual chat while sipping on a glass of wine without spilling your drink. For the nature lovers, the backyard is an actual fresh water river that runs into brackish salt water into the inter-coastal waterway. The river is home to lots of wild life including manatee, dolphins, numerous fish and crab.

I just returned from an amazing weekend at this house. I booked this place for a business retreat with my team. The weekend exceeded our expectations. The house is even more impressive than the pictures. John (the owner) and his team are top notch. I booked the yacht and a few catered meals and both took the trip a whole new level. The yacht was superb and the meals were sublime. John served as both our chef and our captain. If you are considering this house book it today! You will not be disappointed.

Luxurious, highly equipped, open concept, modern, spacious, relaxing, outdoor entertaining gem.
The interior and exterior gathering and eating areas of the home were perfect for our first family reunion celebrating our parents’ 80th birthdays. John and Randy were exceptional hosts making sure our entire stay was completely stress-free. They went the extra mile to provide us recommendations and everything we needed. The home is equipped with a high end kitchen which allowed our family to make home cooked meals as if we were entertaining in our homes. The pool area, outside seating areas, inflatables, pool table, sound system, cornhole game, and large tv’s everywhere made this vacation perfect for all ages. We ended up having a daily round robin competitive family cornhole tournament which was so much fun. My Wife and I are so grateful that we were able to all comfortably gather the family in one home for a week of celebrations, thank you John and Randy so very much, Shannon & Andreas

Great House. You won't even need to go out.
We rented the house for 6 couples and the house had plenty of room and was amazing. Even though we went out several nights, the best nights were when we stayed in at the house. The house has plenty of room outside and inside for entertaining. John and Randy were a pleasure to deal with and were very responsive to our requests. The highlight of our trip was renting the boat for the day. Not only is John a great Captain but a fantastic cook - we are still talking about the beef tenderloin sandwiches. If you rent the house the boat trip is a must.

The perfect house for groups looking to experience Miami. The actual house was great, but even better was the service provided by the management staff and the chef who prepares meals (an optional add-on that I highly recommend). I would not hesitate to recommend this house.

This is my third time staying here and the first time for my husband. He was extremely impressed with the home and area. We had everything we needed at our finger tips! The home was clean and well maintained. He was actually relaxing!!
