Myself, my husband, and my 1 year old daughter stayed at this property for 5 days. The unit was spacious enough for the 3 of us and had all of the amenities we needed. The check in process was extremely easy as we simply received an email with the door code on the morning of our arrival. The bath towels, dish washing detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper that were provided were enough to get us through most of the week. The reserved beach chairs and umbrella were great since it meant we didn't have extra stuff to carry out to the beach and back.
Overall we didn't experience any problems with the resort itself. One pool was closed our first day, but was open the remainder of the stay. Not incredibly crowded, but I could see how that could be the case during peak months.
A few complaints with the unit itself:
- Overall it seemed a little dirty/dingy, which I did not expect from the photos. It seemed like it could use a good deep cleaning -- the floors and some surfaces had a decent amount of dust. The furniture slipcovers didn't look like they had been washed recently and the couch cushions were pretty flat. Hardly "brand new furniture" as noted in the listing.
- The dishwasher was very loud. You couldn't be in the kitchen/living area and hold a conversation while it was running.
- The washing machine had some mildew around the inside of the door.
- Even on the 8th floor you can hear some of the road noise from the main bedroom.
- The "$100 value beach bag packed with goodies" included...a roll of paper towels.
It was a very nice unit. No complaints other than the tub was slow to drain in the master bathroom.
The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was clean and very well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.
Our condo was very clean and plenty of room for 6!
Great view and large bathrooms. Impressed with the master bedroom amenities.
