New 5 bed home at Village Walk in Port Aransas, gulf view and private pool

This brand new 3 story home at Village Walk has everything you could possibly want from a Port Aransas beach house! Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeping up to 14, this home is the perfect place to take your large group for a luxurious stay by the beach.

Showcasing a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico from the roof-top terrace, this home also has balconies on each level, your own private pool, an elevator, wireless internet, DirecTV satellite television and washer/dryer utility room. Village Walk also has 2 community swimming pools. Located along 11th Street, Village Walk is a short car or golf cart ride to the beach.

The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a king sized bed with its own bathroom and balcony entrance. There are 2 other bedrooms on the second floor: one with a queen bed, the second with two sets of twin bunk beds. The 1st floor has two partitioned bedrooms with queen beds, a mini kitchen and its own bathroom. The sofa in the living room also makes out into a sleeper.

This home features wood floors throughout on the second floor and third floors. There is a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials.

Please note that boat or trailer parking is not allowed at this property. A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed at this property. This number is based on a standard sized vehicle. Large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. STR #377704

Beautiful Home, Friendly Management Team, and Very Clean Beach!

Our family of 6 rented this home for a quick weekend getaway to unplug from work. The management company was very friendly and helpful from the start. The home is decorated very cute and all of the appliances, TV, and elevator worked great without any issues. The bottom floor located on the same level as the garage is perfect for younger members of the group. It is spacious and just steps from the pool. Although the advertisement we ready says 5 bedrooms, it is really just 4 bedrooms (the open room off the garage has 2 beds in it with some curtains that can be let down for a little privacy). This was not an issue for our family at all though. The elevator is GREAT! The kitchen and living area are located on the third floor, so carrying up all our groceries would not have been fun...But you can easily back your vehicle right up to the elevator in the garage and then send it up right to the kitchen. The beach is about a mile drive, seemed like most people rent a golf cart to travel back and we will do that next time, it looks like a lot of fun! The beach was awesome, in the past we have encountered mounds of seaweed but there was NONE at all nor was there any trash, it was very clean and nice. The swimming pool was serviced the day of our arrival and was perfect! The only real suggestion I would make to these owners would be that they desperately need to arrange for regular pest control (and if they already do, maybe consider switching services). We are from the Hill Country so bugs don't scare us too much, but within the first hour of being in the home, we encountered 8 large roaches...And we did continue to see them pop up throughout our entire stay. We did not call the management team about this because we were only there 2 nights so in all fairness they were not given the opportunity to fix the problem and I'm sure they would have tried to if we had called which is why I didn't let this effect my rating of our stay. Overall the house is beautiful, well maintained, and we will definitely go back for a longer stay next time : )

The house is lovely and suited our needs just fine. The elevator was a tremendous help in getting our things to the 3rd floor kitchen. The pool was certainly enjoyed by all, especially the children. When we weren't at the beach, we were in the pool. We have stayed in other homes in Village Walk previously and this home was not a disappointment. The description on the website stated this was a 5 bedroom home. The room off the garage is one large room with 2 beds which are sectioned off. It is not private enough for use by 2 couples. The property was clean and well-maintained. The large kitchen was a joy to cook in. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful but...

We had a wonderful time and the property is beautiful but there are some major issues the management needs to correct. It is a beautiful property yet the pictures and description are somewhat deceptive. As stated in an earlier review, the first floor consists of two bedrooms cordoned off by only sheets and no access to the other floors without going outside. Weird. There were 4 bath towels in this huge property so we had to use our beach towels to dry off. There is zero pool privacy with neighbors within reaching distance. The railings on the balconies seemed somewhat wobbly so there was no balcony time for the children. The second floor houses the remaining bedrooms yet it was meat locker cold with no change in temperature when adjusting the thermostat. The awkward layout seemed fun, having the central seating and kitchen area on the third floor but the two floors below can hear every footstep. In addition, there are huge waterbugs found throughout the house. Scariest part of all - the elevator door in the garage opens whether the elevator is there or on another floor.

Perfect Weekend!

Perfection! This beautiful home Accommodated our large group very comfortably! Tons of room and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, everything you could ever need in the kitchen, all the comforts of home. They thought of everything! Enjoyed the pool and the balconies as well as the beach. Nothing like riding around town on a golf cart and relaxing on the patios! Great view. We didn't want to leave and we Can't wait to come back!!
