This delightful 3 story home in Village Walk has everything you could want in your stay at Port Aransas. Boasting 3 fully private bedrooms, 2 semi-private bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this house can comfortably sleep up to 14 people. The Brew Lagoon is the perfect place to take your large group or family for a luxurious stay at the beach. Village Walk does not have direct beach access however the beach is a short golf cart ride away.

Showcasing a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the furnished roof-top terrace, the Brew Lagoon also includes:


-An elevator

-Wireless internet

-Cable TV in each room

-Washer and Dryer

-Balconies on each level

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king sized bed, bathroom and private balcony. The second floor has two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. The first floor has two semi private bedrooms; This includes two queen sized beds partitioned by a solid wall and curtains that can be pulled for privacy. The ground floor includes a 3 piece restroom and mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and sink. This floor also has the ability to be secured from the rest of the house.

Two roll aways are stowed in the master closet and can be set as needed.

This home features wood floors throughout on the second floor and third floors. A large dining area and fully equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all other essentials make dining in a delight. The great room is a wonderful place to gather and relax.


No boat or trailer parking is allowed in any part of the neighborhood. A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed at this property. This is based on a standard sized vehicle. Large trucks and SUV's may reduce the ability to park 5 vehicles. A trailer parking lot is conveniently located on Beach Access 1-A and can be paid through On the Beach RV Park. Village Walk also has two community pools.

I love this house! I've stayed here before. It's beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The house is very well taken care of and beautifully decorated. It is so comfy too. Beds are comfy and there are TVs in each bedroom. Loved it!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We have stayed at this property many times over the past few years. The house is large and spacious and even with being able to sleep so many people, it never feels crowded or tight. The interior decorating is so cute and the best I've seen on the island.

With a private pool and gulf beach views from the roof patio and the third floor balcony it makes for my favorite spot for morning coffee.

The bottom for bedroom is great for young adults or others in your group that may want to come and go a bit or separate from the other guests.

The beach is just down the street and rent a golf cart for extra fun!

Stunning House!

I had a fabulous time staying in this house for a girls weekend. The opened floor kitchen was great for cooking large meals and the beds were extremely comfortable! After spending the day at the beach it was great to come back to the private house pool and relax. I can't wait to stay in this house again!!

Beautiful Home, Friendly Management Team, and Very Clean Beach!

Our family of 6 rented this home for a quick weekend getaway to unplug from work. The management company was very friendly and helpful from the start. The home is decorated very cute and all of the appliances, TV, and elevator worked great without any issues. The bottom floor located on the same level as the garage is perfect for younger members of the group. It is spacious and just steps from the pool. Although the advertisement we ready says 5 bedrooms, it is really just 4 bedrooms (the open room off the garage has 2 beds in it with some curtains that can be let down for a little privacy). This was not an issue for our family at all though. The elevator is GREAT! The kitchen and living area are located on the third floor, so carrying up all our groceries would not have been fun...But you can easily back your vehicle right up to the elevator in the garage and then send it up right to the kitchen. The beach is about a mile drive, seemed like most people rent a golf cart to travel back and we will do that next time, it looks like a lot of fun! The beach was awesome, in the past we have encountered mounds of seaweed but there was NONE at all nor was there any trash, it was very clean and nice. The swimming pool was serviced the day of our arrival and was perfect! The only real suggestion I would make to these owners would be that they desperately need to arrange for regular pest control (and if they already do, maybe consider switching services). We are from the Hill Country so bugs don't scare us too much, but within the first hour of being in the home, we encountered 8 large roaches...And we did continue to see them pop up throughout our entire stay. We did not call the management team about this because we were only there 2 nights so in all fairness they were not given the opportunity to fix the problem and I'm sure they would have tried to if we had called which is why I didn't let this effect my rating of our stay. Overall the house is beautiful, well maintained, and we will definitely go back for a longer stay next time : )

It was a great house!

The house is lovely and suited our needs just fine. The elevator was a tremendous help in getting our things to the 3rd floor kitchen. The pool was certainly enjoyed by all, especially the children. When we weren't at the beach, we were in the pool. We have stayed in other homes in Village Walk previously and this home was not a disappointment. The description on the website stated this was a 5 bedroom home. The room off the garage is one large room with 2 beds which are sectioned off. It is not private enough for use by 2 couples. The property was clean and well-maintained. The large kitchen was a joy to cook in. We enjoyed our stay very much.
