Welcome to Amoraflora. This truly unique oceanfront villa in Rum Point offers a 'mini-resort' feel for large families or vacationing couples. Made up of two 'L-shaped' single story villas with a common breezeway to the sea, the combined villa enjoys a 200 ft wide double lot on the sea and has taken full advantage of its width to include 4 oceanfront suites, a 100' wide oceanfront deck, 80' long custom swimming pool (25 meter laps) as well as a new 'pickleball' hard court.

The original east wing offers a full kitchen, oceanfront living room, and screened porch. Guests can relax in comfort across the east wing's 2 king bed suites, and twin bed suite, which can be converted to a king bed upon request.
The recently added west wing offers a newer, more contemporary feel in the great room that includes a modern kitchen, dining area and oceanfront living area. Both the queen and king suites in this wing open to the ocean to the north and pool deck to the south! A half bath with pool deck access is provided. The new west wing also contains a library/den that can be set up as an optional 6th sleeping area with 2 twins permitting 2 additional children to share (owner will not make up as a king). Inside the library is a set of spiral stairs that leads to a second-story observation tower for watching sunsets, heckling pickleball players and surveying the ocean. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and there are 2 half baths one in each wing.
Lastly, the villa offers an east and west driveway and door. Most of our guests will use the modern kitchen in the west wing as the primary cooking area and the east kitchen as a beverage station should they rent the 5BR configuration. If 4BR rate is chosen, the east wing is locked off.
If a pool is important to your vacation, Amoraflora has the largest pool of any rental villa on the island. With 20 lounge chaises, there is always plenty of seating for oceanfront or pool-side sunbathing! We also offer an outdoor shower in the breezeway from the sea.

Great house. Excellent pool and court.Terrible beach.
The house was large and spread out which was great for our family get together for 12. 6 adults 6 children.
The big disappointment was there was no clean beach in front of the house. There was 15 to 20 feet of seaweed and plastic junk that was 3-4 feet high from one side of the property to the other with a 2 foot path made after the third day by the gardener. Certainly not like in the photographs. The neighbours beaches were cleaned by workmen twice while we were there. I would think that for a beachfront villa at the prices they charge for beachfront that the owner/ managers would at least clean the huge drifts of seaweed so we could use the beach. The excuse used that the winds and currents did this was not acceptable. They knew of the problem. It was a simple case of not spending some money to clean it.
So glad you enjoyed the home. We clean the beach completely prior to ALL guest arrivals. Unfortunately you were on island at at time when there were storms and weather coming from the north and northwest. The seaweed comes with the wind. The trash comes from cruise ships and Cuba. From Dec 16- Jan 3 all work on the island virtually stops for Holidays.
I wish there was a way we could control mother nature and cruise ships and Cuba. I wish we could compel workers to work over holidays. Most are foreign and leave the island. there is NO unemployment on Grand Cayman and laborers come from Jamaica.
Beautiful house! Not so beautiful beach
Beach was so piled up with seaweed it was almost impossible to get in water. Was told they were going to work on it but only cleared a path.
We were two families who loved this house. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kids loved the pool. Great location near Rum Point and Starfish point. Quiet location away from hectic seven mile beach area. Only complaint was no real grocery store is that close. Wifii in house also did not work at times. We would definitely stay again!
Bob & I loved the home. The pictures are true to what the home looks like. My only recommendation would be for the owner to purchase a gas grill to use vs. charcoal. Plenty of floats for the pool. The property manager was great.
