This Condo is on the second floor of the Estero Beach Club overlooking Fort Myers Beach. It is the biggest condo of the whole condominium. We are across the street from Tops Supermarket grocery store.
The following are our rates:
• (IN-SEASON: November 15- April 14) $1,250 per week; $4,250 per month
• (OFF-SEASON: April 15- November 14) $950 per week
We require a MINIMUM 2 week stay for IN SEASON
and one week stay for OFF SEASON.

We are 40 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and located 1 mile from downtown Fort Myers Beach. We are in walking distance from the Pier, Jet Ski Rentals and Parasailing, Fort Myers Beach Town Square, Tops Supermarket grocery store, Public Library, variety of restaurants, and a year-round Trolley stop in front of the condominium.

Property manager loves the power she has.She made it very clear that she can evict us before we even got all of our stuff in the condo. Apparently, having 3 adults and 3 children is against fire code, but running extension cords off ceiling fans is not. It advertises that it sleeps 6, but they don't want more than 4 and there is enough sleeping area for 8?!?
I would NOT recommend this to anyone that has children. Most of the people that we encountered were older and obviously disliked children or didn't understand that they are children. We were welcomed with eye rolling and smug looks.
The condo itself was very outdated. It claims to have new carpet, DON'T think so! Maybe about 5 years ago. Nothing was clean, from the fake plant to the ac filter it was disgusting. I don't think the place had seen a dust rag or pledge, EVER! We had to remove sheets and wash them prior to letting our children sleep on the beds. On one of the day's the pool was closed due to an algae problem. Not that it mattered, we weren't allowed to use it because we had small children that are potty trained, yet we still put them in swimmers because of accidents. There was a significant ant problem in the kitchen. I would like to think that exterminators are not so expensive that you can't pay to have the ant problem fixed.
There were rules posted EVERYWHERE you looked. The kitchen wall, inside the cabinets, attached to your keys, in the elevator, the list goes on and on. The ac thermostat even had them, by the way, you can't take it below 74 degrees. The master suite was smoldering hot at night. I found that I was better off sleeping on the floor in the living room so I didn't sweat to death.
I am originally from this area and LOVE the beaches. They are some of the best I have ever been to. I just chose the wrong condo for my vacation.
My family and I (4 adults and 2 small children) loved this condo. My husband and I have stayed in this building before, smaller condo. This condo has ample space for a larger family who may need some privacy at times. In addition to the enormous master suite (with walk in closet) we were able to close off one of the bathrooms and make the twin bedroom a "suite".(they have a pocket door to the hall and a door into the room).. The kitchen was equipped everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. This unit is a corner unit, lots of beautiful sunlight if you choose to keep the drapes open. The location to grocery stores and "down town" is perfect. The trolley stop is located just outside the condo property and makes it very convenient to go north or south on the island. We enjoyed all of our meals on the lanai. The view of the beach and ocean is perfect. Prior to our arrival we were informed that the pool would be closed due to renovations, POOL? Who needs a pool when you have the ocean just outside your window? We experienced a hiccup with the air-conditioning..which was quickly resolved by the owner. We will return to this location and condo in the near future.
We really enjoyed this home. It was the perfect location, just far enough from downtown to avoid the craziness, but close enough to walk. The home was very nice AND very roomy. We had a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Beds were extremely comfortable. The overall property was well maintained and clean. It allowed everyone to do their "thing". We explored the nearby state parks, biked on the beach, fished and the teenagers enjoyed the downtown area.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. There is plenty of room to be very comfortable. The location is great. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. We hope to come back again next year.
