Welcome to Bayview-by-the-Sea Admiral Suite! Flat sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children age 12 and under.

This 600 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bath flat has custom Old World-style antiqued cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a chef’s dream kitchen and 2 flat-screen HD TVs. All of the furniture is high-end, combining style and comfort with the look of Europe with a modern flair.

Located on a quiet tree-lined street and within walking distance of Asilomar State Beach, Pebble Beach’s famed 17 Mile Drive and the Pacific Grove golf links, the flat is also a short 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown Pacific Grove, with antique shops, restaurants and boutiques to explore.

Large west-facing windows not only let in light, but also give visitors superb views of much of the Monterey Bay. During the winter months, migrating whales can be glimpsed on the waters of the bay, and any time of year, sunsets and night time vistas of twinkling lights around the bay add romance to the scene.

Beach daisies and juniper bushes surround the flat, and across the street a lush flower garden adds to the ambiance, in addition to the native live oaks and Monterey pines that frame the views.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complementary wine and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear.

Enjoy views from the outdoor teak bistro set, or eat inside on the built-in corner upholstered benches and table with beautiful views of the water. There is an open floor plan that includes a comfortable top-of-the-line queen sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 1-2 children) and small flat screen TV that can be viewed from the kitchen, dining or living areas. The bedroom contains a king bed with a memory foam topper that can be separated into twins for additional flexibility and a 46” flat screen HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player.

The newly updated bathroom boasts custom cabinetry and a frameless glass shower enclosure with unique tile mosaics and tumbled travertine tiles in soft tones of brown, beige and white.

A shared laundry room offers a new washer and dryer as well as a handy sink.

One small garage per unit for off street parking.

For additional accommodations: Admiral Suite has a mirrored twin above it, Regent Suite (#3639). One, two or all three units (add Monarch Suite #3638 next to Regent Suite on the lower floor) can be rented separately or together.

Great home base for your stay in Monterey County

The apartment is on the small side but has everything you need - easy to access, garage parking, full kitchen and amenities, super comfortable bed and great location. We loved the proximity to Pacific Grove's great mainstreet with it's cute shops, restaurants and coffee joints. Excellent place to stay if you want to explore all that Monterey County has to offer (Santa Lucia Highlands wines, Big Sur, etc.).

Excellent location; greata property

Condo is conveniently located to sites: Monterey Aquarium, 17 Mile Drive, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Point Lobos State Park. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are high end. We found it perfect for the two of us.

We had a great time seeing Monterey. The condo was just perfect. Having never visited the area I feel very fortunate to have found Sanctuary Rentals online because truly lived up to everything claimed on their website... Will definitely book again.

very nice accomodation in Pacific Grove

very quiet and great bay views (except for telephone lines which cannot be helped). the furnishings are very nice and the welcoming was unexpected. can't overuse the term nice too much. they accept pets too. wished there was a vacuum so we could use it. made us feel like home as we have uba tuba in our kitchen too.
