600 square foot, 1-bedroom 1-bath flat located on the lower level that can be rented separately as part of the three-in-one executive residence or combined with one or both of the other flats that are located on the property; a 2/1 and a 1/1. There are bay views from the living, dining and kitchen windows and there is Old World charm in the interior finishes and furniture that was chosen. This beautiful residence has had its interiors totally renovated from the ground up sparing no expense and the attention to detail is comparable to a 5 star hotel. Newly updated with hardwood floors and rich earth-toned interiors.

Located on a quiet tree-lined street and within walking distance of Asilomar State Beach, Pebble Beach’s famed 17 Mile Drive and the Pacific Grove golf links, the flat is also a short 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown Pacific Grove, with antique shops, restaurants and boutiques to explore.
Large west-facing windows not only let in light, but also give visitors views of much of the Monterey Bay. During the winter months, migrating whales can be glimpsed on the waters of the bay, and any time of year, sunsets and night time vistas of twinkling lights around the bay add romance to the scene.
Beach daisies and juniper bushes surround the flat in addition to the native live oaks and Monterey pines that frame the views.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complementary wine and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear.
Enjoy views from the outdoor teak bistro set, or eat inside at the built-in corner upholstered benches and table with beautiful views of the water. There is an open floor plan that includes a comfortable top-of-the-line queen sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 1-2 children) and small flat-screen TV that can be viewed from the kitchen, dining or living areas. The bedroom contains a king bed with a memory foam topper that can be separated into twins for additional flexibility and a 46” flat-screen HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player.
The newly updated bathroom boasts custom cabinetry and a frameless glass shower enclosure with unique tile mosaics against tumbled travertine in soft tones of brown, beige and white.
A shared laundry room offers a new washer and dryer as well as a handy sink.
There is one small garage per unit for off street parking.

As of April 1st 2019 this home will be available for monthly rentals only as the Short Term License is being revoked by the City of Pacific Grove in an effort to limit the number of short term rentals in the city. The homes which had their license revoked were selected by a random lottery held at the City of Pacific Grove offices on May 22, 2018.
