This cabin has literally undergone a complete transformation. Everything is new, from top to bottom. When you enter this cabin, you will be taken back by the size of the living room. It boasts 2 large sectional sofas (one with pull out bed), the ambiance of a real wood burning stove, a huge dining area, as well as a breakfast bar. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, and its own private 2nd floor deck, looking onto the Mtn. It has gorgeous decor, and its own rocking chair. The secondary bedroom has 3 full beds, as well as 2 rocking chairs. Both rooms have an Electric Fireplace. It also has a stunning view of downtown Duck Creek Village. There's an outdoor Firepit area (firewood not provided), as well as a large propane bbq. I try to keep an extra bottle of propane handy, however, I do not guarantee it. Propane bottles can be filled or exchanged in the village. There is no Dishwasher, so you'll have to do the dishes the old fashioned way.

About Doug Williams
I am a native of Las Vegas, and a semi-retired Plumbing Contractor, that has built various Supermarkets, High Rises, and Shopping Centers for the past 30 years. I have closed my 30 year old Plumbing company due to the economy, and I spend a great deal of time at my personal Cabin just down the road from this one. I enjoy meeting and talking with my newfound friends, who have traveled as far away as Canada, Europe, and the the Carib to stay here.
Doug Williams purchased this Cabin in 2014
Why Doug Williams chose Duck Creek Village
I chose Duck Creek, as it is just over a 3 hour drive from my hometown of Las Vegas. Duck Creek has all of the Beauty and Charm of the other mountain areas, without the noise. ,I have been allowing my Friends and Family to rent this Cabin for many years, and I've yet to encounter any problems or issues
What makes this Cabin unique
This cabin is about the closest you can get to the Village. Its directly across the street, to enjoy the many restaraunts, shops, gatherings, etc. We have one other Rental Cabin in the Duck Creek Village area. Go to homeaway, and enter 902245 or 323300. We also have a large home in Las Vegas that we rent, ( Homeaway 3695893 ).

Great Property! Doug had a fast response to a few things that needed attention!
Initially there were a few things that hadn’t been finished by the cleaning service but Doug responded quickly to offer a discounted stay and a great time was had. We really enjoyed our time in Duck Creek. We would definitely stay again and are grateful for great owners like Doug.
Great Rustic Location in a very Friendly Community
The home was very nice.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the person who takes cares of cleaning in between people staying at the facility.
Fortunately - when we contacted the owner, he was very gracious and will to take steps to make sure we were taken care of.
I would recommend this home.
Rustic, homey feel. Loved it!
My husband and I stayed here with our nine children. We all loved the cozy, rustic feel of the cabin, and the fact that it had plenty of seating and bedroom space for all of us. We also liked the outdoor fire pit and the propane grill. The location was great too. We stayed here for a week, and made day trips to Zion, Bryce, Cedar Springs, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon. The cabin is centrally located between all of these destinations, so it made traveling to each of these locations very convenient. We also liked
Doug's Duck Creek Villa
Centrally located between Zion and Bryce, lots of things to do nearby too, like Cedar Breaks, Cascade Falls, etc. Plenty of space for the 5 of us.
My family loved our stay. Doug is a very kind and accommodating host. He provided plenty of things to make the place fun and cozy. The cabin is great, especially for families or people who are comfortable with one another, since you'll be sharing the rooms and couches.
Fantastic stay at this cabin!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin, it was quite roomy, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (could have used a vegetable peeler and a grater though!) and it is a beautiful area. We were able to hike in both Zion and Bryce (about a 50 minute drive to each), and enjoyed a relaxing day of rest and games on a snow day midweek. Thank you!
Zion and Bryce National Parks are about 45 minutes away. Cedar Breaks is 30 minutes away. Mammoth Caves are 10 minutes away. Brianhead Ski Resort is 45 minutes away. Navajo Lake is 20 minutes away. Panguitch Lake is about an hour away. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is about 3 hours away. Lake Powell is about 4 hours away. Cedar City is 35 minutes away. Las Vegas is about 3.5 hours away.
