This beautiful owner-managed 3 bedroom, 3 baths, townhome is located across the street from Destin's beautiful beaches. This conveniently located townhome features two stories with bedrooms on each level and sleeps 9 people comfortably but can accommodate up to 12 people.

The unit features FREE Wifi, flat screen TV's, DVD player and a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The first floor bedroom is a lock out room with queen size bed and 1 sofa sleeper and a private bath. The 1st floor has dining and kitchen area. The wood stairs leads you to the second level that features the master retreat bed room with KING bed and private master bathroom. The second level also has a bedroom with a private bathroom. This bedroom has a bunk bed sleep 3 and a sofa bed. The laundry is located on the 1st level. The beach access is across the street and shared with Emerald Waters. The two building complex has a picnic and grill area.

Royal Seaesta townhouse rental rates are very affordable. We have a great value that includes VERY CLEAN AND WELL MANAGED property located directly across the street from the beach. Pompano Joe's & Whales Tale are walking distance. My kids love this house because they find the bunkbed are theirs. We bought this house and remodel and redecorated it to make it joyful and peaceful. It's right next to the Alvin which keeps the kids entertain. Walking to the beach is less than 3 minutes. My mom and I like to go shopping and grocery shopping so we park the car in front of the townhouse and carry our stuffs easily.

This place is directly across the street from beach access. Great location and literally a 5 minute walk and you are on the beach. We had everything we needed at the condo, and it is very nice inside. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 showers. Couldn't have asked for any better. Kids had a blast at the beach and then came back and veg'd out watching Netflix on the smart tv. Souvenir shop is just a few steps away (I mean just a few steps) and they even sell beer! CVS is right down the street. Restaurants within 5-10 minutes, Wal Mart and grocery store close by. Overall a wonderful place that I will definitely stay at again. Owners communication is awesome!

Beautiful and Spacious Property

This property was absolutely perfect for my group of 9 friends. This place had everything that we could have needed and more. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave us plenty of room to get ready everyday. It is right next to Alvin's Island beach store, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place for a group of people.

Property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. A couple small problems initially with door code and TGV, but Wendy responded instantly on the phone. Property was well located about half way between Destin Commons and Outlet Mall. Wished it was located directly on the beach, but access to beach was easy and convenient. Listing was accurate. Happy Hour at Surf Hut up road a real bargain.

Great location!

We enjoyed our time at this condo! It is really nice and has great access to the beach right across the street. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the king size bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. It's always nice to be able to get a good nights sleep on vacation but we couldn't get comfortable in that bed. Overall a good stay though!

Close to the Beach

Royal Seaesta Property was a 3bed 3bath property that was a short distance from the beach. We visited the week of August 5th 2016 with my family of 7 adults. You have to walk across the street and down some stairs to get to the beautiful white powdery sand that Destin is famous for. There is construction going on next to the stairs to the beach at this time, but it was not an issue.

The outside of building is nothing to write home about, in fact its not nice at all. The exterior needs love, the grill area and pool area are not inviting. I would not swim in that pool. When we got there there was someone in one of our 2 parking spots. It was an old cruddy van that looked like someone was living in it or had abandoned it. The sliding side door of the van was left wide open so you could see the trash in the back. After several hours someone came to claim the van, it was the cleaning crew of the building. The building is sketchy.

The inside of unit 14 was not bad on first impression. Nice tile floors and fairly updated kitchen. On closer examination all the walls and trim desperately need painting; the trim was black. The hallway register return was rusted over. It's the typical beach place with absentee landlord (or corporate landlord), as long as they are getting their rent they're not that concerned with maintenance.

In the description of the property online it states that "beach towels" are included, they are not! This cost us a bunch of money for 7 beach towels. They do have some beach chairs but only a few are usable; same with the two umbrella's. Most of the pots and pans were in such poor condition they were unusable. The cleaning crew needs to be challenged about slacking on the job, the house is only surface clean. In the upstairs bathroom one of my daughters lifted up the bathmat in the bathtub to find a horrible science experiment under there, gross.

On a positive note, the bathroom towels were almost new; which was nice. The master bedroom was very nice. The Wifi worked as did the TV's. The location was very close to the beach.

Owner's Response: Dear guests, I appreciate your comments. I will definitely look into the area of improvements. There are some inconsistency in your comments that I am not quite sure how to fix it. First of all with the parking, yes there maybe a cleaning crew park there but it is not within my control especially it was not check in time. I was kind and allowed you to check in early yet the parking issue has become a bad management issue for me. I wish I have not allowed early check in. I agree that the trim needs painting but it is during the busiest time of the year so I can't have the touch up done before the next guests come in. I talked to my guests all the time so you can't assume that I am one of those landlord just happy to take your money and run off. I did profusely apologize for missing the beach towels. You did spend money on the towels but those were personal and you took them home with you. Lastly your first comment was stated that you need to cross the street to get the beach yet you ended on the positive note that the house is very closed to the beach. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Beautiful and clean townhouse close in vicinity to the beach!

It was beautiful and well kept townhouse that was able to suit our family reunion comfortably. We loved that we had easy access to the beach as it was within walking distance.

Wendy was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions.
