Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)
We have traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe and around the world but have been consistently drawn back to the mountains. Loving to hike, ski and be outdoors as much as possible it wasn't long before we found Mammoth Lakes and realized this was the perfect destination no matter what the season for our family. We hope you will fall in love with the area as much as we have.

Why Owner chose Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort
We love all that the Eastern Sierra has to offer. The ability to enjoy outdoor recreation all year round. Providing one of the longest ski/snowboard season's in the country is a huge advantage. When the snow is gone the summer months provide wonderful weather with low humidity and plenty of stunning scenery to enjoy. Enjoy hiking the many scenic trails in the area as well as relaxing at the festivals and concerts that the town of Mammoth Lakes offers.
What makes this Townhome unique
In the winter months the townhouse is in the perfect location with the free town shuttle literally stopping on the doorstep and providing easy access to Eagle, Canyon and Tamarack lodges as well as the Village gondala. During summer months walk the short distance down to the Village and the local festivals. Enjoy the mountain lifestyle while having easy access to everything.

Cozy and modern.
Was easy to set up the rental and the owner is very responsive. Condo was clean and upgraded, and location was close to everything. Will stay there again if available!
This property was located in a great area! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cleaning staff should clean all areas, even though we don't actually see the area, like behind curtains, behind dressers and other areas. Owner is in UK and probably isn't aware. I recommend this place! Great property filled with wildflowers!
Amazing place to stay. It was super clean and easy to get to. Close to grocery stores. It was a great time for my family and my children enjoyed being there. Will come again.
Better than it looks!
The photos don't really do this place justice - it's actually much smarter than it looks, decorated and fitted out to a high standard.
It's walking distance to the centre of Mammoth Lakes, and is a great place to stay for a few days, only offset by the high cleaning and service fees that seem to be the norm in this part of the world, and some slightly pushy messages from the owner when we checked out a few minutes late (which I only saw after we had left).
Overall a very good experience though.
Glad you had a great time in Mammoth and apologize if the voicemail came across as brusque. The cleaners arrived after check out to find belongings in the property and no one about. They immediately contacted me to see if a late check out had been arranged and since it had not and we had a check in later that day I attempted to reach you. Please understand as a private owner, like many other owners I am reliant upon a third party company being able to accommodate the turn around of my property amongst their other clients. If they are unable to access and have to leave and come back later, that may delay my property being ready to check in on time that day. To find guests not at the property is a concern. You may have popped out for breakfast or to refuel your vehicle before departure or you may have had a medical emergency, lost track of days and left to go hiking /skiing for the day or worse got lost on a trail and not returned the night before. That may seem alarmist but in 8 years of ownership I have experienced or know someone who has experienced each of these situations. Cell phone service in the mountains can sometimes be spotty hence our leaving a voicemail or email when trying to reach guests. Mammoth is a wonderful place to visit but a hard place to leave. We look forward to your visiting again in the future.
Very clean, cute and updated condo. Pretty close to the village and walking paths. Fairly stocked. We stayed in the summer and on one particular warm day could have used a second fan but otherwise pretty great place. Best of all, probably one of the best showers I’ve every had in mammoth. Most have super low power but for the first time I got to have a nice hot relaxing shower with decent water pressure. If you rent a lot you know what I mean!!
Great location near the town center.
Casual area in quite neighborhood. Great communications with the property owner. Apartment is well equipped to include washer and dryer. A bit surprised to find entry at the bedrooms level with stairs up to living and kitchen area.
Thank you for your review and pleased you enjoyed your stay. The “upside down” layout means the upstairs living area is bright and airy with high ceilings and guests can enjoy the south facing balcony.
Tyrol Lane is located at the intersection of Lake Mary road and Kelly road approx 0.5 mile downhill walk to the Village at Mammoth. The free town shuttle has stops on Kelly Road & Lake Mary Road (schedules vary with season) providing easy access to the Village, Eagle, Canyon and Tamarack lodges. The shuttle can also take you further into town for groceries (Von's) and additional restaurants and shopping. For bikers the townhouse is adjacent to the paved Lake Mary bike trail. Tyrol Lane dead ends into woods that provide access to the Juniper Mountain bike trail.
