Enjoy your time at the beach in this first class duplex. Modern amenities, freshly painted bedrooms and upgraded appliances give you all the comfort you want only three minutes from the beach. Rent just one side for family, or both sides for extended family and friends. Each unit has a full size kitchen, dining and living area, 3 bedrooms and bath. Plenty of off street parking, enclosed front porches, large deck in rear plus spacious yard. Easy walk to restaurants, entertainment, fireworks, arcades, and casino, close to Seabrook bridge, Rts 286, 101, 95 & 495. Please be aware that if you have not booked with Ted or Cheryl, you are not confirmed for this address, and we do NOT advertise on craigslist.
Deposit: A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking, with balance paid by May 1st for summer weeks. We have a only a few open weeks left in the 2016 summer! A $300 security deposit is required with balance.
We live 20 minutes away from the property, and we only list on Homeaway.

The property description, photos, map, etc. says it all. The home was very clean, well maintained and equipped. It is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. and the on-site (off street) parking was a plus. There is a grocery store at the end of the street for food and supplies. We did not need a car other than to go to the nearby fishing dock in Seabrook at Eastman's Docks for a day of great fishing. (five minutes away). They offer all day, half day, night fishing as well as Kayak rental tours and whale watching tours and more in season.
What I liked the most was that the owners, Cheryl and Ted, were very responsive in getting back to me to answer my questions and concerns and to check in on us to make sure everything was OK. They even supply their phone number in the listing so you can spend time talking about the home and getting your concerns addressed "somewhat in person" rather than going back and forth with multiple e-mails.
Check out the Sea Ketch Restaurant on Ocean Blvd for breakfast on multiple outdoor decks overlooking the beach and ocean and Wally's Pub, the next main road over (Ashworth), for a game or two of pool, lunch, drinks, music, sidewalk seating as well as people watching the "old" or "older" gentle giant bikers. Drop into "The Goat" as well. There is a small casino (or 2) that offer table games and slots if that is your pleasure. Finally, there is a miniature golf course, arcade and waterslide within walking distance. Something for everyone !!!!

We had a great time. The owners are very friendly & the place was clean. Plenty of parking & large semi private deck. the location is a short,easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.
