'111' is a truly private and luxurious tropical 2 acre oasis located within 7 minutes drive of the central town of Byron Bay.

Designed by one of Australia's foremost luxury boat builders, this beautiful retreat was built with eco-sensitive principles in mind. The impeccable attention to detail features earthy tones with a solid oak entrance and oak paneling throughout creating an air of elegance and grandeur.

The property borders a reserve and a natural creek, with a luscious array of lillies, turtles, platypus, kookaburras and perhaps if you are lucky you might see koalas and wallabies.

The spacious open plan living space includes a master chef kitchen, lounge and dining area that flows beautifully out to an undercover entertaining deck and a walkway to the peaceful saltwater pool.

111 is made for lovers of food and cooking with the kitchen featuring a large walk-in pantry with ample oak-trimmed shelving and storage, Miele appliances, flat screen TV, wine cooler and abundant food preparation space.

The bedrooms are well spaced from each other with the main King bedroom, bathroom and media room (Queen sofa bed and single bed) on the west wing and the east wing includes a large dedicated children's room with Queen bed and two bunk beds (2x single beds at top over a desk each) and large main bathroom. Downstairs is the second bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite.

Other quality features include limestone floors, Italian quartz bench tops, Spanish marble sinks, a free-standing volcanic limestone bath, uniquely suspended bedside tables, plantation shutters and retractable phantom screens in all bedrooms.

There is also a secure double-car garage available with table tennis table and internal access.
