This house is ideal for families and kids.
Guest agrees to leave room in about the same condition as found and to return keys upon departure. -The number of Guests shall not exceed the number of Guests on this rental agreement. If more people are found to occupy premises than on the rental agreement, Guest agrees to pay for the additional people. It is Mandatory to disclose the exact number and names of guests who will be occupying the premises during the rental term or ANY portion thereof. If the number of occupants changes, Guests must immediately notify the Owner. This premises shall be used for residential vacation purposes only. Special events, Parties, Weddings etc. shall not be allowed with out written permission from the Owner. -Missing items, damage to premises and excessive cleanup will be charged to you. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made. -Reservations not paid in Full shall be subject to Cancellation of reservation and to forfeiture of Deposit. -Guest shall inform Manager both by phone and in writing of Guest’s intent to cancel. -Guests are required to inform Manager of any problems associated with the premises during their stay. Manager will make best possible effort to repair reported problems in a timely manor. -The owners and mangers of New Moon Escape do not assume responsibility for loss of property due to theft or other factors, which we cannot control. Please exercise customary care to ensure that your personal property is carefully secured whether on this premises or elsewhere during your stay. -Owner and Manager assumes no liability for accidents or injury on the premises. -Guest acknowledges that New Moon Escape is located remotely on a dirt road -NO SMOKING is allowed inside the villa. Evidence of smoking found will result in immediate eviction without refund, and with forfeiture of damage deposit. -Owners are not responsible for power outages, weather, road closures, ferry delays flight delays or any natural phenomena.

Well thought out, efficient space that was stocked with towels, chairs, cooler. Well cared for property with pretty grounds.
Perfect for our family vacation with our 4 yr old and 1 1/2 yr old! The house was very clean, well cared for and on a beautiful property. It was private without feeling too desolate. The screened in porch was perfect for meals and to hang out at night after kids went to bed. The bedroom set up was great for us and our little ones. The pool was awesome to hang out by after a day at the beach. And the yard was great to chase lizards. The beautiful north shore beaches were only a short, scenic drive away. Would rent again in a heartbeat - was everything we needed and more!

New moon escape
The home was comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay! The pool was so nice to have to relax in when you didn’t go to a beach! We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting St John! Close to beaches and great restaurants!
New Moon Escape is located in a lush surrounding, just under one mile from the coast. Perfect for bird-watching by day and stargazing at night. From the villa you can easily access the Virgin Islands National Park. Nearby White sand beaches, hiking and water sports such as sailing, snorkeling, diving and just plain laying on the beach. Coral Bay is just under one mile away, with many shops, restaurants, bars and access to an array of adventurous activities. The still-pristine island of St. John is the smallest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands and lies just 3 miles east of St. Thomas and a mile from the nearest of the British Virgin Islands. Nearly two-thirds of the island is national park, with forests and nature trails for your enjoyment. Nature lovers will be amazed by St. John's ecological diversity.
