|Minimum Stay||1 - 2 nights|
This contemporary hotel styled room is privately owned and managed by the owners. It has been renovated with a fresh modern style, funky furniture and plants. It is part of a larger apartment complex so is professional cleaned with fresh linen upon your arrive and depart. Additional mid-stay daily cleaning and fresh linen is optional and available for an additional fee upon request. It has its own private swipe key entry, ensuite, TV, bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, complimentary seasonal fruits and jellybeans.
Take note that the room is located on the back building of the complex (not a lake front building) with the main door entry fronting the main Frankton Road. In summer especially when you might open the windows, you will hear the noise from the passing traffic. During the night it would be quieter so take note if you're a light sleeper.
The room itself has partial views to the lake front which is just meters away. The Frankton walking/biking track is a scenic must do and only 4kms to central Queenstown. Being right at the Frankton Marina, you can also hire water equipment such as boats, kayaks and paddle board subject to the seasons. A stroll to the nearby popular Boatshed Cafe is a must. Activity bookings can be made at reception.
The complex is located close to the Queenstown airport, Remarkables retail centre, Five Mile retail centre and Remarkable ski fields.
Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;
Private entry modern room with bar fridge, TV andamp; ensuite
Very clean and hotel-like room with en suite about 7ks from central Queenstown - you can catch a bus to town right outside door or walk in along the lake. A bit noisy with traffic as right next to main road but didn't bother us overly. Recommend it if you are in Queenstown to get out into the surroundings and need a very comfortable huge bed for the night. Great shower and loved the complimentary jelly beans!
Very modern and clean, it's a beautiful 6 minutes drive to Queenstown .
I will stay there again. Good value for money
The property was clean, well-decorated, and light...well-located, too, by the lovely lake! There is a walking trail behind the property which is very nice. The traffic from Frankton Road was a little noisy sometimes, but overall this is a great property.
The decor was very refreshing and funky, love the bed wanted to take it home. Definitely stay again if in Queenstown.
Best kept secret in Queenstown! Great location, suited us as we wanted to be near the bike track.
Great shower. Amazing bed. This was value for money and we will definitely be back!! Thank you. Karen
