There is so much to do and see in the western town of Rincon from terrific beaches, surfing, snorkeling, the collection of sea-glass; to restaurants (a short walk down the beach), sight-seeing, whale watching in the 'winter' months, near-by casinos, golf, catamaran rides and boating, para-sailing, the visiting of small museums, historical and religious sights, a rain forest, a dry forest, a day trip to Old San Juan or a trip into the mountains. Puerto Rico is called the Enchanted Island for many reasons.
Daily flights on major carriers such as JetBlue, Continental and Spirit Airways fly right into Aguadilla which is only about a 20-25 minute drive. All major rental car companies are represented at the airport. There is also a Duty-free shop in the airport available to you for your flight back to reality.
While in Puerto Rico, you have the benefits of many chain stores like Home Depot, K-Mart, Sears along with a Sams Club. Restaurants you know along with terrific local favorites.
I'm 40 years old living in Mayaguez,PR. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
This was one of the most relaxing times we have ever had. The location and the beach were awesome. The villa was perfect for our needs and was very well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get away and spend some time on the beach.
We were a family of 4 with 2 grown children. We had been to Rincon before and knew the area.
Great location and well maintained grounds. Rincon is still early in development (part of it's charm), so large property grounds are still rare.
The condo was spacious and very well located. In fact, given the Rincon peninsula, it's much faster to stroll down the beach to nearby restaurants than to drive.
Carisa and her parents were available and accomodating for questions we had.
The condo unit does not have a dishwasher, but not an issue for our family while on vacation.
In our next trip to Rincon, this would be our 1st choice for accommodations and would stay again.
This is a well kept property with stunning ocean view and easy beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The property was very well situated with a beautiful view of the ocean. There were screens on all the windows which made for good ventilation. However the ceiling fans were difficult to regulate perhaps because remote controls needed fixing.
The unit owner was very responsive to problems in the Unit.
The furniture in the unit was worn, uncomfortable, and could use a good update. The outside furniture was uncomfortable plastic furniture.
The kitchenware was also limited and seemed like leftovers. For the cost of the unit a better furnished unit
would be in order. A costly unit which was, poorly furnished with old used dishes.
While not the fault of the owner, the outside pool lacked umbrellas or trees for coverage and not heated. The fitness center was a joke as none of the equipment was operational. A big disappointment! While we paid for the fitness center and pool the owner did reimburse us.
The property was more than I could have hoped for. It was clean, well appointed, and secure. The Villa had great amenities and was in a great location just east of Sandy Beach. I recommend this property to anyone headed to Rincon!
Great vacation rental. Owners very helpful. I would definitely come back. My wife and 3 children spent 5 days here in February. Dynamite location... steps to the beach.
