This spacious 1350sq ft condo has stunning mountain views from every window. It lies in the heart of downtown and is only a short walk for groceries, coffee (Starbucks), liquor and fine dining. It is a corner unit on the top floor and has an airy feel with an open concept and 18' vaulted ceiling.

Enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains from your private balcony or the top floor hot tub. Easy access to heated underground parking by elevator or staircase.

This vacation condo has many natural elements throughout including Italian granite countertops, leather furniture and stone around gas fireplace. You will love the luxurious look and feel of our high quality carpets. It is also equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and heated flooring.

A 55' flat screen TV can be viewed from kitchen, dining area and living room with the open floor plan. Enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace while you watch your favourite sports, shows or movies.

This is a three bedroom unit with a queen size bed in each room. There is also a convertible couch in the living room which is a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite for added comfort. The second bathroom is large and at the end of the hall from the other two bedrooms.

Your family will love this place!

All generations (grandparents to young children) of my family were very happy with this condo. The view of the mountains is amazing and the location to grocery stores (right outside), Starbucks, Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire, and the beautiful town of Canmore was perfect. Tricia is a very responsive owner, getting back to us in minutes on Canada Day when we needed a few more towels. The condo has a large array of kitchen equipment and spices for cooking. There are toys and games for little ones! We loved the quick walk to the town of Canmore for restaurants, ice cream, and a playground. Using the complimentary Banff park pass to visit the park was a great perk. This was our first time to the Canadian Rockies and we loved it. Staying in this great condo really made our trip. We would say here again.

Wonderful property in a magnificent setting

Tricia's home is both well-appointed and cozy, an ideal spot from which to enjoy what the Canadian Rockies have to offer. Unexpectedly we ended up enjoying the easy-going town of Canmore (a simple walk from the unit) more than the touristy town of Banff, but Banff of course has its charms too, including the downhill skiing. Tricia was very friendly and responsive throughout the process of booking and preparing for our trip. We would return to Canmore and to Tricia's place in a heartbeat.

Spacious, central, awesome!

My family (7 adults) had a great time at Tricia's condo. She was very well organized and responded quickly to all of our questions. Her instructions for accessing the condo and two parkade spots were very well explained.

The condo is super spacious and even with 7 people we didn't feel cramped. There is a large table where we spent most of our time, playing cards or sharing meals. The kitchen is very well stocked with any thing you'd need to make coffee, cook, or entertain. There are dozens of restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes walk.
