'Barefoot in Byron' is a fabulous 2-level architect designed family holiday home within minutes walk to Tallows/Dolphins Beach and minutes drive to the centre of town. Enjoy all that Byron Bay has to offer from this centrally located private and modern beach house.

The first floor level features a spacious open plan living/dining area with air-con, that flows out to not one but two undercover outdoor entertaining decks, a designer kitchen, modern appliances and coffee machine. There is plenty of room to move or not move with plenty of couches and daybeds to relax on. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are also on the ground floor one with King bed and the other with 2 x single beds. One bathroom with deep bath and walk-in shower and separate bathroom / powder room. Both have built in wardrobes and are spacious, light and bright. There is also a full sized laundry with washer and dryer.

The second floor level features the media room with space for the kids to chill out and play or watch TV/DVDs. This area connects with another outdoor covered deck. The main bedroom with King bed and ensuite and second bedroom with Queen bed and single bed also occupy this level.

This property is just perfect for 2 x families wishing to share with separate living spaces, multiple TVs, 3 x outdoor decks, complimentary WiFi, fully fenced backyard, sand pit and off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Pets welcome only by application and pre-approval.
