My partner and I stayed over New Years here. The house is in a great location just a short walk to town. The apartment is small but the space is well used and perfect for a couple with everything we needed. The only complaint is you can hear the people above loud and clear. But they seemed curious of keeping the noise down. Would definitely stay there again.
Even though this is a studio apartment, it is very spacious. It was very clean and well maintained. The bed was lovely and comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping after a full day of exploring the city. It was a very convenient location- a 10 min walk to old downtown and another 10 min to the inner harbour. I always love it when the owners take the time to compile a book about the condo, what restaurants or sights are within walking distance, what is worth a cab ride to or what should be on the "tour list". Having a parking space in front of the building was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this rental accommodation. Thank you Ryan and Christina!
Every aspect of this suite is well appointed. My daughter and I, during our recent stay, found it to be a comfortable and conveniently located home away from home. I am frequently in Victoria and will endeavour to secure this rental in future. I will recommend it to friends.
The property was better than described and in a convenient location. The open concept space included a well stocked kitchen with a small dining table, a living space with sofa and a bed space all configured tastefully. We were very comfortable staying in the space and the parking permit for on street parking was a real blessing. This was a perfect space for a coupe to stay. I would highly recommend this space to anyone staying in Victoria.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan and Christina's. The location couldn't have been better. Only a 15 minute walk to most places in the Downtown. The suite was perfect for a couple,well appointed,equipped and very clean.
Excellent information was provided before arrival and on site.
We also enjoyed meeting the owners,very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend their place to friends and use it again ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan and Christina's place. The propert is centrally located and made walking downtown very easy. The property was extremely clean and Ryan and Christina were very welcoming during our stay. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Victoria.
