Amenities include new 3 Flat Screen TVs & Blu-Ray DVD in main living area. Golfer? The unit includes 2 sets of golf clubs! Short walk to restaurants, convenience store, deli and charming shops. Exceptional shelling and glorious sunsets are part of this special location. Spacious living/ dining area features comfortable sofa and two recliners. King bedroom as well as twin bedroom have good mattresses and cable TVs. Kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker. Wireless internet provided. Covered carport parking for 1 car. Extra parking passes for street parking are available.
We love the location which has easy access to 275 and provides quick trips to St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota and other popular Florida destinations such as Disneyworld, Busch Gardens and several spring training teams.

My wife and I have owned & vacationed in Pass-a-Grille for over 40 years. Love the friendly, low key atmosphere of this neighborhood. We own the condo next door and when there spend much time walking the wonderful beach and playing golf.

Compared to other beachfront communities in Florida, Pass-a-Grille has easy access to airport, I 275, St. Petersburg & Tampa. Small town atmosphere with big city amenities that are close by.
Besides the beautiful beach which is steps from our unit, we love the shops & restaurants on quaint 8th Ave. as well as the beautiful historic Don Ce Sar hotel with 4 star dining & spa.
We loved staying at this condo. The building/condo are very well kept and so quiet. It was a very short 2 block walk to Pass-
A-Grille beach. You really don't need to bring anything other than your personal belongings and food. The condo is well stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen and bath. They have quite a bit of things for the beach too. I look forward to staying here again sometime.
My husband and I stayed in this condo in April and can't say enough good things about it----the owners are very personable and helpful---the rental agency made check in very easy----condo was immaculate and comfortable---well stocked---we needed for nothing---location was perfect---we walked to restaurants, shopping and, of course, Shaners---a deli must ------beach and bay are very close----would have rented this condo for next season had it been available.----
My wife and I stayed in this condo in November. The condo is nice and clean. Plenty of comfortable seating. Perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen is well stocked. Has both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The back bedroom has a nice big comfortable bed, great for sleeping. The front bedroom is bright and sunny, nice for an afternoon read.
PAG is a wonderful area. Feels secluded. Great place for an early morning walk. Walk to restaurants. Walk to a deli. Walk a half block to a beautiful beach. There are a couple beach chairs provided, and a little cooler. Bring those to the beach, relax and watch the sun go down.
We were surprised that there was a 2nd level to the screened in porch. It is right outside the door. This must have been recently added. It has a nice new table and swivel rocker chairs. Sat out there one evening listening to the rain, sipping a beverage, reading a book.
Lots of other places to go and see from the condo. Our favorite was Ft De Soto Park.
Bill & Jan are great folks. We hope to be back again.
My husband and I, along with 2 of our friends from St. Petersburg, stayed at the condo. It was so perfect for us - very spacious and clean. The location was great - we could walk EVERYWHERE. I lived near Pass-a-grille for two years and went there almost every day - it is truly paradise. Restaurants are all good and you are not far from anything in the area - downtown St. Pete is just a short drive away on the interstate. But you really do not want to leave PAG - the sunsets and the gorgeous, peaceful beach are amazing. My husband and I took a sunset boat ride from Merry Pier which was just delightful. I never want to leave when I am there. I would recommend this condo for everyone looking to stay here. Jan and Bill were in communication with us prior to our trip, and gave us all the information we needed to access the condo. And there is a very special bluejay on the property as well. Thanks Jan and Bill for one of the best times I have had.
I had a great time at the condo, it is located steps from the beach. We went there every day. It was comfortable and clean. We were close to stores. I had to call owner Bill when we arrived due to some confusion about how to gain access to condo, he was very helpful and explained what to do, (back door not front). We had a rental car and visited downtown St. Pete for nice restaurants. All in All, had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay. There are not enough words to convey how amazing Pass-a Grille is. The moment we arrived, my husband and I felt like we were in paradise. The beach is pristine and not over crowded. And we found the locals are eager to give advice on anything from where to eat to the best spots to watch the dolphins during sunset.
But what made this trip most pleasurable is how accommodating the condo owners, Bill and Jan, are. They have gone to wonderful lengths to make sure the place feels like a home away from home. It shows how much they love the area by the care that is put into their visitors stay. My husband and I plan to make it a tradition to return to this condo every year. Pass-a Grille made me fall in love with Florida all over again!
Pass-a-Grille has easy access to Busch Gardens & day trip access to Disney World. Also 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg with many museums, restaurants and points of interest. 30 minutes to Tampa International airport & downtown Tampa. Good location for spring training baseball teams.

Cleaning is determined after condo is cleaned and depends on how long and how much laundry. 1-2 guests, rate is approx. $75-$95. 3-4 guests, rate is approximately $90-$120. Cleaning charge is deducted from deposit. Deposits are usually returned by property manager two weeks after stay.
