Spacious and comfortable

The unit is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Breck and ski lifts. It is large and can very comfortably sleep 5 - 6 people. While we did not use the pool or hot tub, they were very close to the building. We were pleasantly surprised to have an indoor parking garage (common space) for our vehicle.

The unit was a bit tired, but its convenience and size made up for the older kitchen, bathrooms and furniture. The rental company was very pleasant and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining area sits six - we enjoyed using this for both dining and playing cards. The master bedroom had a television, the second bedroom did not. The mattress and pillows in the master bedroom need to be upgraded/replaced - they weren't as comfortable as those we have used at other VRBO rentals and hotels.

Excellent condo.

Condo is quite large (for a ski condo), well equipped and very well located, only about 200 yards to Peak 9 lift. The kitchen has everything you could need, unlike many others I've rented that just have the basics. The top floor location results in high vaulted ceilings, making the rooms feel very spacious. Nice large community hot tubs (2 indoor, 2 outdoor) with adjacent adjacent locker room (no more running through the snow in a wet bathing suit).

Clean and well located but dated

The property location is very good, within easy walking distance to the lifts. It was clean and had everything we needed. It had good wifi and tv. The bathrooms and kitchen appear a bit dated, but everything functioned properly.

There were 2 issues that keep me from giving it 5 stars:

1) Late arrival process isn't as convenient as other rentals we've stayed at. We were required to drive back into town the next morning to sign some papers. Not a huge deal, but it is inconvenient, and haven't had to bother with that at other rentals when arriving late.

2) Exiting the parking garage. The garage door doesn't open automatically. We only exited twice, but we had to get out of the car, walk through the door, and enter the code on the exterior key panel to get the door to open and allow us to exit. I'm guessing some sensor is broken...
