Wake up to ocean views, the gentle sounds of waves and seagulls in the distance, and the fresh scent of salty air. Spend the day on the beach flying kites or building sandcastle under big blue skies, walking along the pier in flip flops with an ice cream in hand and a collection of shells combed from the sand. Or rent bikes for the day to pedal around Imperial Beach, or up to Coronado Island along the Bayshore (Silver Strand) Bikeway. End your perfect day watching the sun set over the Pacific from your private balcony, while the stars and moon begin to light up the night sky. And fall asleep with the ocean breeze cooling your sun kissed cheeks before you drift off to sleep, dreaming of the new experiences tomorrow will bring.

Spend your dream vacation at Surf Passage, a gorgeous townhome just steps from the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom home of more than 1,200 square feet, three balconies & a private, secure garage. Surf Passage has all the comforts of home plus some amenities you would never expect to find in a vacation rental. The updated gourmet kitchen has shining stainless steel Viking appliances and granite countertops. The open floor plan provides ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen! Open the sliding glass doors to fill the house with a cool ocean breeze. Grab the wagon full of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, volleyball) and spend the perfect day at the beach.

A bright and airy master retreat has vaulted ceilings, a beach view balcony and a separate loft with two twin beds and its own peak-a-boo view to the sea.The second bedroom is furnished with a queen and twin bed, vaulted ceiling and its own balcony. The main bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and has a large, newly tiled shower and plenty of storage space. A convenient powder room is located on the main living floor. Please let us know if you require additional furniture for your baby or infant. We can provide a baby crib or a twin-size inflatable air mattress & a highchair, for a one time $25 delivery fee.

Surf Passage is across the road from the beach in “Seacoast Villas” a small complex with 10 townhouses. Each property has its own private garage with direct access to the individual units – guests can also access their unit from the second floor common area.

Pack your swimsuit, flip flops and sunscreen, head to Imperial Beach and experience a nostalgic beach holiday at Surf Passage.

Imperial Beach: Experience a “Peaceful Easy Feeling” that won't let you down

Imperial Beach is like no other -- a throwback to a simpler, southern California beach town of days gone by, with miles of uncrowded, white sand beaches, magnificent views of the Coronado Islands and the downtown San Diego skyline. Imperial Beach (IB) is laid back, unpretentious and has a wonderful, “small town” vibe. You'll find everything you need within a short walk along the seacoast – beachfront parks with picnic tables and barbeques, a weekly farmer’s market (every Friday), beach volleyball nets, restaurants, waffle-cone ice cream, and retail shops. Stop by the Surf Hut (right across the street from Seacoast Villas) to rent surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, wetsuit, fins and bikes. Plus there are plenty more shops & restaurants along Palm Ave. Take a walk along the pier to gain a different perspective of the surfers and unrivaled views of San Diego: from Point Loma to Mexico. Extending almost 1,500 feet into the sea, the Imperial Beach Pier is also a great place to spot whales and dolphins swimming by just off-shore, or to try your luck fishing (BONUS: a license is not required for Pier fishing).

Imperial Beach is one of the most unique areas of San Diego, and lends itself to quiet getaways, family vacations and nostalgic trips down memory lane. IB is untouched by overdevelopment and void of the late-night party crowds, high density housing, congestion, traffic

Great view, great location!

  • 5 of 5

Regardless of where you stay in Imperial Beach, use Next Stop San Diego! We worked primarily with Cindy and Birgit and they were amazing. They made every aspect of our stay easy and enjoyable. Additionally, their colleague who lives in the building, Robin, has a wealth of knowledge about the area and is an incredible realtor to boot! (We’re considering relocating to the area.)

Service aside, the location of the townhouse was perfect for us. One block from Imperial Beach, a short walk to the pier, and lots of great restaurants/cafes. Everyone we met was very friendly, the area was family friendly too...our kids(12 & 8) always had someone at the beach to play with. Imperial Beach is the perfect get away...a self contained little beach town without all the hustle and bustle of other San Diego neighborhoods. Short drive to Coronado and the Coronado bridge is the perfect alternative to busy I-5.

The unit was very comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed from kitchen to bathroom to laundry to beach! I appreciated the household supplies left for us as well as the welcome treats and information about the townhome and surrounding area. While we could hear a little street noise, it’s a fairly quiet town and we could hear it the ocean nightly. Our kids loved the loft area above the master and it was nice having the separate bedroom in addition. Views were incredible, layout perfect and loved the privacy of the garage accessed through a coded main door for the complex. If we don’t end up relocating, we will absolutely stay here again! Loved it so much we extended our stay. :)

Our BEST family vacation to date!!

  • 5 of 5

In addition to all the wonderful things San Diego and surrounding area have to offer, this condo is fabulous! We are from a small town in SC and the imperial beach area is very family friendly and we felt very safe to walk the area with our 2 young children. The beach is just steps away and you get amazing views from 2 balconies! The balconies were overlooking the Main Street and I was a little concerned about noise late at night, but all the shops close down by 9 or 10pm and we were left with very peaceful nights. Everything was well stocked and they provided so many more extras on top of the normal necessities. From beach chairs and toys, to shampoo/conditioner, and any tools you need to cook a family feast! They even had laundry detergent and dryer sheets for our use!! We were also greeted with a lovely welcome basket full of goodies and a info book with everything we needed to know about the area and condo. Hands down our best family vacation to date! We hope to visit again and will not hesitate to book one of their properties again!

Beautiful Peaceful Location!

  • 4 of 5

This is in the best location. Imperial Beach is beautiful and is one of the least crowded beaches we've been to. One of the best kept secrets of Southern California. The locals were super friendly. The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. It was a wonderful vacation for our family!

The house was located with a beautiful view of the ocean. The trip to the beach was only a short block away, the rooms where nice and clean. All that you needed was in walking distance and if you felt the need to travel UBER was just a phone call away. We will be coming back to Imperial Beach and would recommend this place to all.
