Very nice 3 bed 3 bath town home with splash pool and balcony

Located in the Serenity section of the Dream development is a conveniently located, affordably priced community that is just a few miles to the gates of Disney. You will enjoy the warm and inviting feel of this great home.

The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast area with 4 chairs. The dining area which seats 4 is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area. Free high speed wireless internet, free local, long distance US, Canada and Mexico phone calls. You will really enjoy the king master with flat panel TV on the second floor as well as the second floor balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The second bedroom also on the second floor offers twin beds and a private bath as well and a reading nook. The third bedroom is a queen with a shared bathroom located on the first floor.

After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered Lanai which also includes a splash pool that can be heated during the cold months (recommend pool heat from September through May $30/nt). Your family and guests will like watching nature enjoying the open surroundings. Don't feel like going out, no problem you can enjoy the large screen TV in the living room and DVD player and just relax.

Serenity/Dream is conveniently located near Disney, Golf, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World and water parks.

You get more than twice the value at half the price when compared to staying at a Disney property.

This townhome needs some elbow grease! We stayed there for 5 weeks first off the furniture is not comfortable at all the mattress in the master is junk! No batteries in any of the clocks. The whole complex is very noisy. Dogs barking and people walking around the Lani everyday! Code for the door did not work when we arrived and our garbage cans were both full! Parking is a hassle.. You have one numbered spot and good luck having nobody park in it! A hotel would have been much easier for us! And why have a fridge with an ice maker if it does not work? And the Tvs did not work right either.. The cable box was from the 1990's everything about this townhome was an afterthought! Even the neighbors had problems with no power and alarms going off at all hours...

Owner's Response: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. By viewing the photos, one can tell that this home is brand new, less than a year old. The home is professionally decorated with high end furniture which includes pillow top mattresses. This community houses a combination of Snowbird rentals and vacation rentals at the same time. It is possible that guests were out later on their lanais enjoying their vacation. The community swiftly deals with any guests causing noise disturbances, should this occur. Our apologies if the door code did not work upon arrival. We are sure this was handled immediately via telephone and entrance was gained in a timely manner. The door locks are electronic items which can fail from time to time, unexpectedly. As with any vacation rental community, each of the homes are individually owned. Home owners have the privilege to decide if they want to allow pets, etc. in their homes. We cannot control other homes not in our management but again mention any disturbances would be addressed immediately by the on-site HOA representative. Garbage is handled by the community and taken down two days per week. If an arrival date falls in between those dates, guests can be assured the bins will be emptied in a timely manner and on a continued basis. We understand that not all resort style communities suit everyone's needs. Some guests enjoy a quieter community without continued traffic or pets. We would be happy to offer this guest alternative housing in another one of our lovely communities should they allow us to host them again. Thank you.

Was just ok

We rented this town home for 5 weeks ...on arrival our code did not work tried numerous phone numbers before we finally got someone had to try 3 different sets of codes before we got one to work. Townhouse was not really ready for us.. Not very clean the garbage cans were full to the top none of the clocks had batteries 2 of the Tvs did not work.( we fixed them ourselves) if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is NOT it! They will rent to anyone.. Had young kids partying all hours of the night throwing booze bootles on the lawn and climbing up the side of the townhouse and just being plain rude! Wanted to call 911 but was afraid of retaliation. I could go on and on about all the problems with these town homes but it was a lesson learned ... Won't be back!

Owner's Response: Our apologies of having issues with the door codes. The door locks are electronic appliances which may be temperamental at times. We know that the call of need was addressed right away and access was gained in a timely manner. This home is new with a modern and upgraded furniture package. Reviews have always been 5 stars for the home's accommodations and cleanliness. Community trash pick up takes place two days per week. If a check in falls between those dates, tenants can be assured that the trash will be addressed in a timely and on a continual basis. Should we receive any reports of non working items in our homes, we have a 24/7 maintenance staff to address those issues. We cannot repair those items, such as the TVs mentioned if we are not informed of the necessary repairs. We appreciate the guests taking the time to get the TVs working, this very well may have been simply a coaxial cable issue or a remote issue. Upon receiving the notification of this guest's encounter with the loud neighbors, the guests were directed to call the local 911 operator to summon the area authorities. Additionally, the HOA was informed as the 'partying' house was not a home under our management therefore we could not evict the offending guests. The guests opted to NOT call 911 in this situation. This community is a well loved vacation community, many guests return year after year. For those guests that require or desire a quieter, less traffic laden community, we are happy to offer those types of accommodations. We would love to have this guest back in any number of our other lovely communities. Thank you.
