Just ONE BLOCK walk to one of the nicest BEACH on Sea Island. This Classic Cottage is the perfect getaway. It has the eloquence of a fine private estate that's nestled in nature's magnificent beauty.

The cottage has a grand lay out of yesteryear. There is a formal living room that opens on to twin patios overlooking a beautiful spring fed pond and miles of lush marsh.

There is a magnificent ENTERTAINMENT WING, with a jazz piano, a slate pool table, a ping pong table, a large screen TV, a stereo, and its own kitchenette.

When it is time to turn in there are FIVE BEDROOMS ALL with their own PRIVATE BATHROOMS. There are three individual Suites, two with king beds and one with an awesome super plush queen. The master bedroom has magnificent views of the pond and marsh. It has separate his and hers bathrooms. In addition there is a large bed room adjacent to the game room with a king & a twin bed. Perfect for teenagers. Also included is a kids room with a twin bunk bed and its own bathroom.

This neoclassical 1965 French cottage has boasts 5,400 square feet of space. Many of its original fixtures, woodwork and hand crafted details have been maintained to its original Sea Island luster. It is conveniently located on 14th street between the Marsh and Sea Island Drive.

Barron’s named Sea Island #1 on their list of “Best Places for a Second Home'. While its beauty and range of lifestyles and luxury, as well as its status as a “power alley” of influential residents, were noted, Sea Island was rated highest for its value. Outside magazine’s Adventure Advisor chose St. Simons Island as a “Best Fall Beach Escape” because our sandy beaches are largely employ in the off season while temperatures are sill in the 70s, and fishing, surfing, and biking are all possible. National Geographic Traveller included the Georgia Sea Islands, as its “99 Top Rated Places”. Speaking of golf, this is the perfect base for attending the PGA’s McGladrey Classic golf tournament held at Sea Island's fabled Seaside golf course.

Beautiful views of unspoiled Marsh, tidal creeks, and a wonderful pond with fish, turtles, crabs, birds, ect. Bicycles, Miles of Private Beach, Beach Club, Clositers, Lodge, Golf, Sea Island is Amazing!

Fantastic house in great location.

This house is in an excellent location walking distance to Cloister and Beach Club with lots of space. There is a playroom with entertainment (pool table, ping pong) , spacious den with views of the marsh and a wonderful courtyard off the kitchen. Would rent it again.

Great time and nice place

We had our children and parents join us at Sea Island. This house was great for us to spread out and rest. It was close to the Beach club and we enjoyed riding our bikes!

simply beautiful

A simply beautiful cottage. Charming, captures the island life of yesterday with every modern amenity.

We were in town for a funeral. So, extended family, each with their own separate space and privacy stayed together. The cottage is serene and comfortable. Spacious enough for 3 couples, 2 single adults and one child.

We had more than enough room.

Sea island is stunning and so is this cottage.

Great layout and location - be aware of additional fees to gain access to amenities of the resort

Overall our experience was good staying at this cottage. The layout of the home was perfect for our families. Lessees should be aware that access to the Beach Club and Sea Island Resort (including restaurants) is limited to those who purchase temporary membership passes. These are not included in the cottage rental fee. This is a significant additional expense and people should inquire about the fees prior to leasing the property if interested in using any of the resort facilities.
