Thank you Curt and Peggy for sharing your gorgeous property with us, it exceeded all of our expectations. We have stayed on Fripp Island a few times before but this was the most relaxing enjoyable vacation so far. The guess house was clean and well kept and the owners quickly attended to any of our needs.... And did I mention the awesome private pool where the kids spent hours swimming, countless hours exploring the island via golf cart, walking the beach at sunrise and again with a full moon overhead....Looking forward to our next visit.
My review may be coming a little late, but better late than never. Back in late July early August of 2013, my family and I were vacationing in Fripp Island. Unfortunately, for me, I contracted staff infection in my foot and was told that I would have to stay another week before traveling. Fortunately, we met Curt and Peggy. It's not easy finding a place to stay in Fripp on such short notice but we found a "Diamond in the ruff". A quaint and quiet place to relax. The vista's are postcard like and the guest house is well maintained, clean and well appointed. The pool is an extra bonus and did I mention how friendly the owners are. We were sure glad we found the Guest House on Fiddler's Trace.
We have vacationed at this property several times over the years. It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet relaxing stay. You can grill out while the family swims in a clean well maintained private pool. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away, so bring your own or rent one. The guest house is clean and comfortable. The homeowners are friendly folks and very accommodating. You can't go wrong vacationing here!
This is the perfect little get away! The place is beautiful and the owners are so nice! They were so accommodating to us and answered all our questions before and during the stay. The best part was the private pool. We had a 2 year old and it was nice being able to swim right at our front door without packing up the entire car for the beach. It was peaceful and relaxing!
We arrived to a clean and beautiful guest house just as it was described and appeared in the photos. The owners couldn't have been any nicer and were more than willing to do what was possible to ensure we enjoyed our experience at their guest house. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the porch and swimming in their beautiful swimming pool. The landscaping even provided a nice little photo opportunity! We enjoyed observing the wildlife on the island where deer can been seen frequently. The beach was only minutes away by car. It was secluded and not over crowed. If you are looking for a nice family get away, then this is the place for you!
