Clean, quiet, and conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay here. The resort itself is conveniently located to I19; shopping and restaurants are about 15-20 minutes away. The resort was very quiet while we there which we enjoyed and the grounds are very clean. The pool area is very small and the hot tub did not look very clean (had sand/dirt in the bottom). There are community gas grills located throughout the resort for guests to use. The area is well lit at light and felt very safe. The condo is roomy (rooms are bigger than they appear in photos) and comfortable. Very clean and very quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, utensils and basic cookware. Bathroom very well stocked with towels - the dual vanity sinks and large counter area was especially nice though the shower is nothing special. Washer/dryer in the closet was a nice extra; did a couple of loads of laundry and it worked with no issues. The patio has a nice, though not spectular view, but is quiet and comfortable - nice to enjoy a morning coffee and afternoon or evening drinks. The only reason I am not giving this condo a 5 star rating is the bedroom: would have preferred one king sized bed to two queens and I prefer my mattress to be much firmer than the mattresses here. Overall, a great place to stay at a reasonable price too!

Quiet, Comfortable

Comfortable condo located in a small, interesting complex - all other units are rented out hotel style. Very quiet place, not much commotion. Nice view of golf course and desert area from back patio. Pool and hot tub close by. Kitchen equipped with basic items. Decent furnishings, nicely decorated, beds are decent, and AC works well. All rooms are large, 2 HD TV's with cable. Good golf and food at San Ignacio club. Overall nice value for a short term stay.

Great location!

We were right at home from the minute we walked in the door! Everything as advertised, condo was spacious and the location was perfect for our golfing vacation. The owner was very responsive when reserving the condo. Would go back without hesitation

Best of our 4 Green Valley rental experiences

This was the best of our 4 Green Valley rentals in 6 years (the other 3 were fine). It was our first long view location (above & across a big wash & the length of golf holes from the back patio plus a decent view of Mt. Hopkins & Mt. Wrightson behind the houses from the front). We've never stayed in such a large one bedroom (1000 sq. ft.) with good, quality space of every kind needed. The cul de sac little loop around the convenient pool & hot tub was quiet and uncluttered. The less dense south end of Green Valley felt well worth being 4 miles from all the town services. It's an excellent rental value. The owners were very responsive to our questions and custom request. The extra $70 dollars for tenant access to all the rec centers remains one of the standout features of renting in Green Valley. Beyond the town offerings, there's tons of outdoor and city (Tucson) things to choose from (we keep coming back for repeat & new experience).

Very Nice, clean rental in a quiet resort

The rental is very nice and quiet and in a quiet resort area. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool nearby is a great bonus . The owners are very good to contact and are very helpful . Highly recommended!
