The space:

beautiful basement apt. Separate entrance located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all synagogues in thornhill area. Walk to bank, stores, restaurants, public transit. Close to major shopping centres, highways. Center of greater toronto area (gta).

Guest access:

Guests have access to one parking spot in driveway. Private entry. Computer, Internet, Wifi and Cable TV. We provide linens, towels, blankets.

Kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator. coffee, tea, Disposable paper products and cutlery provided .

Interaction with guests

I live on the main floor. You have your own apartment and privacy.

Most of the day and evening i am at home, if you need something you will be provided with my phone number so you can reach me.

Also i can provide you with full shabbos meals. Arrangements must be made in advance.

Overview:

beautiful and quiet neighborhood is located in the heart of the jewish community surrounded by the bayt synagogue, chabad center, aish hatorah, kol torah, kehilla center and more. Many kosher restaurants, stores and schools are conveniently located in our neighborhood.

Getting around:

public transit (bus stop) is 1 block away. Direct bus to subway & downtown. We are close to major highways & expressways. Also close by car rental agencies and taxis.

HOUSE RULES

No Smoking, No Pets on premises.

No eating in bedrooms please.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!! NO LIQUOR

No additional guests outside of those booked through the website without explicit permission. Registered guests may not invite any visitors into the rental unit.

Please withdraw from rearranging furniture.

The kitchen is limited use. No cooking is allowed but you can use the fridge, microwave, and kettle. No Hot plates or other cookware to be brought in.

To save energy please turn lights off when leaving the unit.

If you have any additional requests please contact the host and ask for assistance.

Also please take off your shoes before entering the apartment.

Please make sure entry door is locked when leaving the unit.

The apartment will be freshened up daily between 11:00am to 12:00 noon, except during the Jewish Holidays and Saturdays. Please if you can be out of the unit during this time so it can be cleaned.

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN WINDOWS ALARM WILL GO OFF!!! OPEN ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

Great stay!

Sara's apartment is spacious, clean, and well stocked. , Very commutable to the Fabulous Fox. Super easy check in. Fun neighborhood. Easy parking. Great space for a family or for sharing with a roommate. Great stay! We had no issues and had a wonderful time in Thornhill-Toronto.

Comfy stay in TO

I really enjoyed my stay at Sarahs house. It was a busy week for me in the city, so I was rarely there. However I found Sarah to be very pleasant, warm welcoming and friendly. Her apartment is very spacious and clean. The beds are only twin mattresses so if planning on staying with a significant other it may make it challenging.

Very nice and lots of room for a family of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sara's property!! She was very accommodating and helpful right from the start, with all of my questions. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 young adult children, so space and privacy was very important. There was plenty of room to spread out, the 2 bedrooms allowed for privacy, and 2 twin beds in each room was great. We were a bit out from the city, but it was an easy drive in, and there is transit available nearby. We were greeted by Sara at check in, and she was very helpful showing us the ins and outs of the property, questions about the city etc. She provided a fresh fruit bowl, bread and nut butters and jams- great for a quick breakfast each day and then out to explore the city!! I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Place

Sara was very helpful! She was there to greet us and show us everything. The apartment was clean! Plenty of fresh towels . We had breakfast , bottled water, coffee, tea Cereal and more .

The apartment is centrally located to everywhere in the GTA.

We definitely would stay by Sara again.!

Super cute place!

This apartment is exactly as described. Very close to the Sholls, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable and the neighborhood is quite, and very friendly. Communication is prompt from Sara, she is a super host! I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in the Thornhill -Toronto area.
