Newly Remodeled 1 Bed 2 Bath Gem With Beautiful Ocean Views.

Whether you are an Ironman triathlete or an ocean enthusiast, this stunning, just remodeled property, will please all. It's location in the downtown Kona, is lively and in the heart of all the amenities. Restaurants, shopping, the ocean are literally at your doorstep. It is roomy enough for up to 4 guests, as there is a sleeper sofa. 2 spacious bathrooms provide comfort for all the guests. The amazing chef's kitchen has it all at your fingertips and is open in a great room atmosphere. The furnishings are high end and designed to entertain. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the bed is king size. The walk-in closet has ample space for your belongings. The lanai looks out onto the ocean and also, to the pool and immaculately kept gardens. The 2 chaise lounges are a great spot to sit and view the ocean with your favorite cocktail and the dining table seats up to 4. If you are competing in the Ironman, it is a stones throw from the Expo/finish line. If you are a spectator, the athletes can be seen sitting on our beautiful lanai. The pool is pristine and excellently maintained. There is a lovely waterfall feature and a BBQ for your convenience. There are cooling trade winds and gorgeous sunsets. There is a festive night life and live music usually morning to night. It's relaxing to sit and sip a cup of coffee at your favorite coffee house on the ocean, listening to live music while you people watch. It is fabulous to head over to any local restaurant or bar and watch the sunset with your friends or family sharing some wine. Don't forget to walk to yoga class and then hit the farmer's market for the freshest local produce. Alii drive is the greatest spot for athletes to get a good long run in and train right where the Ironman competitors compete. White sand beaches like Lunapule and king Kamehameha beaches and are within walking distance. Even try renting a paddle board or kayak at King Kam beach and see how far you can go. Grocery stores are with in a couple miles but don't worry, if you forget something there is a convenient store a couple doors down. So, creating a delicious master piece in this wonderful kitchen is a snap. There is something for everyone at the Kona Alii and we hope you enjoy your stay.

There just is not any other spot in the world as unique as downtown Kona. We have been part-time residence for years and we still are leaning new treasures that the Big Island has to offer. Plus, we like to spend time with our family members here in the islands and we have created many lasting memories for our children here and yet still have more to come.

What makes this condo unique

This location is what sold us. We feel we can easily go an entire week without having to get in a car. The beauty of this spot is that it has it all within arms reach. Honestly though, the view from the lanai is hypnotic and with the breeze and the fresh ocean air, we can hardly peel ourselves away from the chaise lounges. Many good naps have occurred there!

Notes:
There is a massage therapist located in the lobby in the commercial space. Her rates are reasonable and she is excellent. Luau's at the Marriott just a few mins walk are wonderful and a must do.

Awesome location, clean, updated and nicely decorated! We would definitely consider another stay!

We loved the location of this condo and don't think it gets much better than this. Joanna was awesome, super responsive and friendly. This condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed and more. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is after our 1 week stay we were disappointed in the comfort of the mattress. Other than that no complaints! We would definitely consider staying here in the future and hope to make a return trip soon <3

Wonderful Condo, Excellent Location

We would highly recommend this condo. We had a wonderful 2 week stay here in March. Once we located the lock box & found our keys, we didn't have any issues whatsoever.

The condo is exactly as advertised, updated with nice furnishings & very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, also 2 BBQ's next to the pool. ( pool was excellent). Washer & dryer were an added bonus.

We enjoyed our coffee & breakfast every morning on the lanai, watching the dragon boats, surfers & swimmers and beautiful sunsets in the evenings.

The condo was also equipped with everything we needed for the beach, towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella and toys.

The location was the best, walking distance to everything we needed, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and the farmers market.

Underground parking was a bonus and very nice ( no hot vehicle for us).

As I write this April 14th, we are in the middle of a big spring snow storm & wishing we were back in Hawaii.

Without ever seeing this property it exceeded our expectations . The view for the balcony,the sound of the surf and the view make this unit was great especially the sunset. It's location was ideal to resteraunts,bars and beach easy walk to all. The unit itself had everything we needed and was clean and neat. We would rent again without hesitation.

Perfect downtown location with all the amenities needed and recently updated!

What a beautiful gem in downtown Kona for a vacation. There were just 2 of us and the king bed was great, never used the sleeper sofa. Coffee and breakfast on the lanai listening to the ocean waves crashing in made ya never want to leave, would definitely stay here again if we made it back to the island. (Our friends who were staying at a resort visited and they all agreeded the unit was nicer than their pricey hotel room!!)

Joanna does an outstanding job communicating and keeping her tenants informed of what is needed and responding to all questions. She has also thought of outfitting the condo with just about everything you would need on a vacation..beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels..you name it she has it! Thank you so much for letting us share in this slice of paradise you call home. Mahalo.

Excellent Location

We loved your rental and it's location to all of the Kona area. We were able to walk to everything the first week, then rented a car the second week to see the rest of the Island. There are many bars and restaurants close to your rental unit. We also enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai. Everything we needed was in the unit. We found a bar/restaurant (Oceans Sports Bar) behind Humpy's that had food and drink specials everyday.

PS hope to return next year.

This is a downtown urban Hawaiian village like no other spot in the world. Travelers come from all across the globe especially to watch the Ironman competition which occurs directly in front of our building! It's a once in a lifetime experience just to watch. Our place is only a 15 car ride to a white sand secluded beach or a 2 hour ride to the majestic Volcano's National Park Kilauea. If you feel like staying home just walk across the street and order a cocktail while you watch the sunset at Huggo's on the Rocks. There is always too many choices and never enough time!
