This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has water views, a fireplace, private balcony and shared deck, and is located in the west end, less than 1/2 mile from Herring Cove Beach. It is part of the Harbor Hill resort and is professionally managed with onsite manager and maintenance team.

The unit has a private garage parking space, a second vehicle can be parked in tandem in front of this space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and cable TV. Towels and bed linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Broadband wireless internet access is provided free of charge.

There is a large common area deck with a gas grill, tables, and chairs right outside the kitchen door. The complex also has a jacuzzi hot tub available for owners and guests.

Why Carolyn Westmark chose Cape Cod

At one time I owned a condominium in a small association. I sold it and bought a quarter share (13 weeks) unit at the Harbor Hill time share condo association because I realized the importance of having an onsite manager and professional, on call maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure that all of my guests have a pleasant stay. The garage parking allows me to safely store a kayak or paddleboard during my visits. Harbor Hill provides all of these amenities along with spacious, light-filled, well equipped units and a gorgeous water view!

What makes this townhome unique

Views of the moors and the open ocean beyond from the window-lined living room and the private balcony. Fireplace to keep you warm during winter, spring, and fall months. Garage space so you can store a small boat, bicycles, or park indoors.

We had a lovely time-ocean views!!

We had a great time. Spacious apt with excellent ocean views. Easy bike ride to the beach. Great, affordable opportunity to apend time so close to dunes/beach while being walking distance to town, including bike rental, restaurant, shop just steps away!

A wonderful week!

The property was perfect! The grounds were great and included all the amenities we wanted! The staff was friendly and helpful! The location was far enough away to be quiet by night, but close enough to walk into town easily! The property owner was timely with payment receipts and property info! We will definitely rent this again!

Decent location - property could use some TLC

We booked a long weekend girls getaway in PTown for a 25 year reunion. We did not want to spend a fortune on accommodations and this property seemed to fit the bill perfectly. When we arrived we were found that the place was oppressively hot inside; though with quick action (opening windows) and finding the two fans we were able to get some air going (would recommend adding some ceiling fans). We were also surprised to find how quickly the bottoms of our feet were blackened by the condition of the floors. The property lists WiFi but we found it to be very-very inconsistent and there is no cell signal for a Verizon customer. Additionally when we went to run the dishwasher we found that it was broken. We did leave word with the management office that the floors were dirty and that the DW was broken; they were very apologetic. All that said, the location is decent... easily walking to town or the beaches. With very little attention this place could be greatly improved!

Owner's Response: I'm sorry you were not completely happy with your stay at the property. A few comments: 1) None of the units at Harbor Hill are air conditioned. This is very common in Provincetown as it is rare that air conditioning is needed. The buildings were not constructed to accommodate central air. As you discovered, once you open the windows, there is an excellent cross flow of air and cool sea breezes really help keep the temperatures manageable. There are also fans in the bedroom closets and they are very powerful. The housekeeping staff is instructed to close all windows to prevent rain from coming in, but the staff is willing to open windows prior to your arrival if you let them know when you expect to arrive. All in all, I've not had any complaints about the lack of a/c but I understand that everyone has a different comfort level with respect to hot temperatures. 2) Harbor Hill is in the first phase of doing a major update on all the units, so some of what you have noticed is simply wear and tear that is unavoidable over the years. With respect to the cleanliness of the floors, the hard surface flooring should have been cleaned by the housekeeping staff (and if not, you should report this to the front office immediately to have it remedied.) Carpeted areas will accumulate some dirt over the course of the season, because PTown is basically a giant sand dune, people track in dirt on their shoes, and the carpets cannot be shampooed between every guest. The carpeting in the unit is due for replacement, and once the high season is over the carpeting will be replaced with lovely wood laminate flooring which will remedy the problem of dirt accumulation. 3) The dishwasher failure is also due to long term wear and tear. I came down to the unit just after you left and am happy to report that a brand new dishwasher was installed less than 12 hours after your complaint. This is an indication of the phenomenal customer service provided by the Harbor Hill front office. So, again, sorry things were not perfect for your stay but in a 30 year old property some things will wear out over time. We are still working on updates, and I'm confident that all of your complaints have been or will be addressed within the next few months, with the exception of the a/c. Renters who require a/c should review the amenities list for the unit. I do not anticipate being able to offer that at this property.

Lovely location, comfortable accomodations!

This townhouse is at almost the end of Provincetown, before the road ends at the moors. It is taller than the few buildings in front of it, so the views are lovely. The property was clean and everything was as described. I have stayed in other Harbor Hill properties, and this one was similar to many of the other units in terms of layout, combined living and dining area, fireplace (with a supplied duraflame log!), stairs, washer-dryer, and 2ba/2 bedrooms. It is in a great location and really had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Some things need a little updating--like the arms of the furniture showed wear, the upstairs shower needed re-caulking, toilet water pressure was low, we could not get internet access, etc.-- but really we weren't there for the furniture or internet! We were there for the location-- lovely long view of the moors from our elevated view, walking access to p-town, close proximity to National Seashore beaches, access to bike paths, and 2-car parking. And this townhouse supplies all of that and more. It was a very comfortable unit with a comfortable living area, well-laid-out kitchen, multiple heating zones, and we would definitely stay here again. Carolyn was lovely to work with, and very thoughtful. A couple of days prior to our arrival, Carolyn reminded me to check in with the management company to let them know of our expected arrival time. Everyone at the management company was so friendly and helpful, and very pleasant. They provided us with a welcome bag of goodies, which was a nice touch. This place is in a great location and I would stay in this Harbor Hills unit again. We had a very nice vacation (myself, my spouse, and our 17 y/o son), Carolyn is easy to work with, and I was very happy with our accommodations.

Provincetown Pilgrim Monument: climb to the top for a great view; historical museum at base of monument.

Excellent paddleboarding and kayaking in the PTown Harbor, or off one of the beaches.

Fishing charters are excellent, also world class whale watches.

Town is famous for its dozens of art galleries and nightlife, especially drag shows and Tea Dance at the Boatslip.
