A Vacation should feel like a Vacation!

Vaulted living room, large HDTV, leather seating, bamboo flooring, stainless steel / granite kitchen, comfy King bed...even a wine fridge. And a full kitchen, so you can have breakfast , lunch & dinner whenever you don't feel like going out. Room air conditioner installed during the summer for those hot, hot days. So much better than a hotel! Coded room access, so no keys to worry about. Plus now a more sensible 11 am checkout time!

And of course, LOCATION. Whistler is big; there are over 8,000 rental rooms, with only a fraction that are true ski in / ski out or close to the Village. Don't regret staying off the beaten track. Our unit is reasonably priced, as well as offering one of the best locations in Whistler. We offer ski-in/out in the winter, just a few minute walk to Blackcomb base, ticket booth, Gondola, and Whistler Kids Ski School. During summer, a 5 minute walk to Lost Lake for hiking/biking/walking.

And a short 10-minute walk down the path to the main village.

And don't forget what the lodge has to offer - bistro, pub, hot tubs, pool, spa, fitness room, rentals, 24-hour front desk, ski & bike storage. Easy pre-booking for discounted lift tickets, equipment rentals, transportation and more.

All in all, it makes for the perfect getaway.

WE OFFER NIGHTLY DISCOUNTS for 5 and 7 night stays or longer. Just contact us.

Why Dennis & Nina chose Whistler

Location, Location. We looked extensively at Whistler when we purchased, and found the location to be the most important.....and Glacier Lodge is perfect. Ski-in/out in Winter, 1 block from hiking/biking/golf in the Summer.

And the Lodge has so many things under one roof, it makes it so convenient and comfortable.

And just a quick walk down the steps to the main village, but away from the noise at nighttime.

What makes this condo unique

We love the lofted living room, bright and airy, and the warm bamboo flooring. Great to relax, watch the large screen HD TV, surf the net using the free high-speed wireless, or just curl up with a book.

The separate loft works great for kids, teenagers, or extra guests.

We tried to make the kitchen functional as well as attractive; granite, stainless, up-scale.

Having all the facilities in the same building (spa, pool, hot tub, fitness room, ski rental, pub, bistro) makes everything easy.

If you feel like a luxury dinner or drink, the famous Chateau Whistler is right next door!

Fantastic Apartment

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the apartment for a week at the beginning of February. This was our first visit to Whistler and we chose to stay in the quieter Upper Village. The Upper Village had everything we needed (bars, small shop, liquor store) and it was only a ten minute walk into Whistler Village for the wider choice or bars, restaurants and shops. Being in the apartment was just like being at home. So comfortable, warm and relaxing after a day on the slopes - it had everything we needed. The lifts are very close and it was also great that ski passes could be booked through the Lodge in advance and collected at check-in. We would definitely want to stay in the apartment again if returning to Whistler.

Good Location, but rolling, squeaking beds

  • 4 of 5

Good location, close to the ski lifts and only a short walk to the main village.

Decent sized rooms

Nicely decorated and clean

Everything worked

Good bed arrangements: King size, 2 twins and pull out couch

Wine fridge

Washing machine and dryer down the hall

King bed was on a cheap frame with wheels – it actually rolled around even if you locked the wheels.

One of the twin beds was very squeaky

The view out the windows is of another building

Single bathroom has 2 entrances, including one from master bedroom, so you hear everyone who uses the bathroom

Only one medium size skillet, so cooking bacon & eggs at the same time was not possible

Owner's Response: This is the first comment we've had regarding the beds, but we'll certainly take care of that. As well as the extra skillet.....normally there are 2, but things do go missing. We'll double check all the cutlery, pots & pans, etc. There's not much I can do about the bathroom; it is a one bathroom unit, so for ease of access, there is a door from the master, as well as from the hall. This is fairly standard. The view is into the large courtyard, overlooking the picnic area, to the side of the pool. Again, not much I can do about that either, but it doesn't have the traffic noise that some outside units have, and is very bright. We actually chose this unit for that very feature.

Great condo/great location

  • 4 of 5

We just finished our stay in this unit at glacier lodge - it was very well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4. King in master was comfortable and the twins in the loft were perfect for our kiddos.

Staff was friendly, it was easy to walk to the main village or to ski. Nice and quiet, too.

The unit was very clean upon arrival and tastefully decorated. :). We appreciated that we could just reserve for 2 nights as we were in town for a wedding and couldn't stay longer this time.

Great Location

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at the apartment for a 3 day weekend in November, the location was great; close to the slopes even if we didn't go there to ski. It's a nice walk to the village, great shops and restaurants. We were able to have an early check-in which was nice.

I wish the apartment would have been prepared for the cold weather we were having; some windows were open, it was extremely cold and it took a very long time to warm up the apartment so we would be comfortable.

Would definitely recommend and would stay at this apartment again.

Ideal accommodation for family of 5

  • 5 of 5

We have been coming up to Whistler per-Christmas now for the past 7+ years and have stayed in various units in different locations. This is by far the best value for money. The location is perfect for walking to the slopes and into the village. It is also easy to get to Lost Lake (which we were able to skate on!). The layout of the apartment was excellent for our family of 3 adult children.

Excellent accommodation in great location

  • 5 of 5

Perfect sized apartment for my family (2 adults and 2 children). Very good location and only a couple if minutes walk to the slopes. Nice and quiet with some restaurants close by but only a 10 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. The children loved the swimming pool and it was also really useful to be able to store your skis in the rental shop. All members of staff we encountered were very helpful.

Would definitely recommend and would stay at this apartment again.
