Booked a reservation for this condo last December for the week of June 26th. We booked a 2 bedroom OCEANFRONT condo. When we arrived we paid for our room and went through the town as the room was not ready. When we receive the call that our room was ready we went to the desk to get our keys. We were told our condo was at their other building which was across the street from the beach. When I explained and showed them our confirmation confirming ocean front I was told they did not have one available so we had to take what they had. We asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available. I went online and found and oceanfront in Daytona so I asked for a refund. I was told it would be processed and a manager would call me first thing in the morning. It took 5 days to receive a refund and I never received a call from the manager. I called again on Tuesday to speak with a manager and was told no would was available and they would be she they returned my phone call. 2 weeks later still no call so therefore this review is posted. I would not recommend coconut palms ll to anyone!
