Rose Villa presents as a private, single family home, in a quiet residential area. Rose Villa is a very bright, spacious and welcoming villa in the heart of the true Old Naples, where history is rich and the beach, five blocks away! You can amble down to 3rd Street South where you will find coffee shops and many levels of dining as well as shopping, fine art galleries, a farmers’ market and boutique shops. You can also walk a few blocks North to 5th Avenue South for dining and shopping. Norris Center offers many lectures and also serves as the home of the local Gulfshore Players’ Theater. Oh and there is good fishing on Naples Pier.

Within walking distance there are venues to rent bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, etc. You can walk to the oldest house in Naples and participate in a walking tour by the Naples Historical Society, which will probably include the fact that Villa Rosa is on the site of the first golf course in Naples!

Once inside Rose Villa, you will enjoy the state of the art kitchen featuring high-end appliances, including a wood paneled Sub Zero refrigerator, double oven and gas cook-top by Thermadore, granite counters with a spacious center island which allows for casual dining in addition to the large contiguous dining area. Your own outdoor kitchen by the private pool provides yet another venue for casual cooking and includes a refrigerator, large grill, flat screen TV and a table that seats 6-8.

A great room is designed with comfort in mind. It is bright, architecturally interesting and quite spacious, with an area that has a game table for playing games or putting a puzzle together.

Enjoy 4 full bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms en-suite, plus a bright and inviting study for those who require a quite workspace. One bedroom suite is on main living level and the other 3 on upper level.

A wood finished elevator and a staircase service this home.

About Annette and Dan

We discovered Naples in 1996. Naples unique and young history appeals to us. We live in a golf community 15 minutes away from Rose Villa, year round. We are active golfers and tennis players and enjoy the water.

Annette and Dan purchased this villa in 2013

Why Annette and Dan chose Florida South Gulf Coast

We bought Rose Villa for it's quality construction, privacy and it's location. We welcome long term rentals. Public schools in the area and parochial schools are excellent. Our home is also available for short term rentals.

What makes this villa unique

The location was the primary factor that appeals to us. Beach and entertainment and sports all in walking distance is out your door. The quality and amenities of the house make it quite comfortable and private. We love the outdoor kitchen and pool and garden, en suite bathrooms, and study and elevator.

Six Stars out of Five!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I have had the good fortune of staying at the Rose Villa for the past three years. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect and you won't find better owners than Dan and Annette.

Let me start with the Villa itself. The property is a 4 bedroom/4 bath stand alone modern luxury unit with a small private pool and outdoor covered patio. The house is exquisitely furnished and is located in a stunningly beautiful upscale neighborhood about a five minute walk from the beach. It is very private, clean and quiet. The decor is both classy and functional. The kitchen is adorned with modern appliances and granite counter tops, and the home has an elevator.

The residence is within walking distance to dozens of local restaurants and shops on both Fifth Avenue South and Third Street. The dining is superb, and most restaurants offer early dining specials. The nearby Naples Pier is a recommended stop each morning to watch the dolphins play in the surf. The white sand beaches are not overcrowded and parking is plentiful. Cambier Park is a few blocks away and offers a playground, tennis courts, and an outdoor bandstand. The area has plenty of conveniences including banks, a post office and several coffee shops and deli's.

Each year, we enjoy the Pure Naples Sightseeing Cruise out of nearby Tin City which offers views of the spectacular mansions adorning Naples Bay. We also recommend traveling north for a few miles to check out Mercado, which is an exciting entertainment complex with numerous restaurants, bars and concert events. Airboat excursions are available in the nearby Everglades, as are boat rentals and fishing. Shopping and golfing are plentiful throughout the Naples area.

The Rose Villa is perfectly located to stage each day's new adventure.

You can spend some time with a glass of wine at a sidewalk cafe watching the shoppers walk up and down Fifth Avenue South, relax at the beach, or just have a quiet day reading a book by the pool.

Dan and Annette are the perfect hosts, and live nearby to address any issues (although issues are rare). They are always available if needed but are never obtrusive. They are respectful and considerate of your privacy at all times.

My wife and I highly recommend the Rose Villa and look forward to our next visit!

Rose Villa is located on 10th Avenue South and 5th Street South. It presents as a private, single family home, in a quiet residential area. Rose Villa has it's own private pool and outdoor kitchen. Rose Villa is in the heart of the true Olde Naples, where history is rich and the beach, four blocks away! You can amble down to 3rd Street South where you will find coffee shops and many levels of dining as well as Tommy Bahamas and many boutique shops. You can walk a few blocks North to 5th Avenue South for dining and shopping. Cambier Park, Norris Center and the Naples Bay are also within walking distance. Norris Center offers many lectures and also serves as the home of the local Golfshore Players’ Theater as well as Concerts, Tennis, Bocce Ball Courts and multi level playgrounds. You hardly need a car and are so near boutique shopping, Farmer’s Market, fine and casual dining, art galleries, and casual street arts shows, and light musical entertainment, tennis courts with an outstanding tennis program and water sports on the Gulf. Oh and there is good fishing on Naples Pier-especially in the early morning.
