The apartment is pretty clean, and nice.
- tons of towels, pillows and covers
- smart tv
- access to clubhouse with pool, hot tub, table tennis, squash, laundry etc.
- tons of parking
- heated apartment
- nice porch for morning coffee with an amazing view
- fully furnished kitchen (there was even salt, pepper etc. only missing sugar!)
- hairdryer wouldn't work.
- you need a car, taxis or uber or public transportation is very unreliable.
- no rollaways, so the apt. sleeps 4 people only if you are very close friends willing to share a queen bed or a couch, or if you are 2 couples.
All in all, the condo is a great place to stay if you are a low maintenance group of friends who just need a place to chill and sleep in between hiking and/or skiing.
We stayed here to acclimate for a week long climbing excursion. The condo is around 9,800ft of elevation which is perfect for acclimating as its not high enough to cause (most people) altitude sickness yet is high enough to start the acclimation process. Loved the clubhouse and the hike straight out the back to Buffalo mountain.
The hairdryer didn't work and there was no iron for my clothes. I needed both! Other than that we had a nice time for the price. It's teeny tiny but it's Colorado so you're supposed to be outside anyway!
Very efficient condo. Lovely view, easy access to town and hiway. The decor is definitely 90's but clean and good linens.
From the very beginning this rental property showed much promise. While pulling into the apartment complex, after a beautiful scenic drive up ryan gulch rd, we stumble upon a family of foxes right at the timber ridge entrance. We continued to the entrance of our home and it was perfect. Having your own orivate entrance and a nice 6 foot wide deck to step out onto with chair for seating was very pleasant for the morning coffee. Inside is very spacious for two people. Very nice brand new smart LG tv that is awesome for the rainy days and late nights. Kitchen is small but very useful. Made steak and eggs every day for breakfast and came out great. Shower water pressure is amazing as well as having carpeting in the bathroom floor, as well as throughout the entire apartment. Bedroom is perfect with a nice sized queen bed for any couple. The view from the bedroom window isn't shown in any pictures but is a beautiful view from laying down. Best view of the house comes from the front windows in the living room. It looks out to a gorgeous range of mountains that were covered in snow. For the cold evenings the fireplace showed usefulness in its ability to sustain a sifiant fire for the entire evening keeping it warm and cozy. All around this place was perfect being as it was scenic comfortable and centrally located to everything fun to do in the mountain. Best vacation home to date. Recommend to anyone and we will be revisiting.
Good location to ski areas and amenities. We liked the clubhouse/hot tub/pool. Clear communication from staff about check-in and check-out procedures. Kitchen was a bit small, but worked o.k. for us.
