OCEAN FRONT VILLA with a view of the Atlantic Ocean from every room! Located within the gates of the prestigious Wild Dunes Resort. This villa was awarded Gold Status by ResortQuest in March 2011.

What an ideal beach villa. Nothing but sand between you and the ocean, and only a short drive to historic Charleston, South Carolina. There is no better place to relax and enjoy the laid back beach lifestyle.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled in tile and marble with an oversized soaker tub. It's a great place to relax after a day on the beach, the golf course or tennis court.

The kitchen has just been remodeled in 2015 with marble countertops and new appliances.

Owners of this villa personally inspect this villa every month during the year and strive for perfection on cleanliness and detail. This villa is in excellent condition.

The king size pillow-top bed is so comfortable you may never want to get up and yes, you can see the ocean from bed as well.

Enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean from the screened porch.

Unwind in the cool of our brand new air conditioner, as you escape summer's heat in the comfort of our ocean view living room.

Why The Owner chose Charleston Area

The Isle Of Palms is one of the best kept secrets. Only minutes from everything that Charleston has to offer, but once you cross the bridge you're on 'island time'. The beaches are natural and uncrowded. Life is laid back and the saying 'Shabby Chic' defines this island paradise and its people.

What makes this villa unique

Of course we love the beach, but there is so much more here. Boating and fishing are two of our favorite hobbies. We enjoy dining out at lunch time because we have some of the best restaurants in the world. We also enjoy exploring the island for its treasures. In the evening, we enjoy cooking and having the best dining view in town.

I booked this condo 9 months in advance of my wife and I's anniversary trip. Wouldn't you know that Hurricane Matthew arrived just before we were supposed to...... bummer

I was fully prepared to give a scathing review, but it was for one facet of this experience. In all fairness, I will divide it into 3 parts - the condo - the owner - and the management company in charge of the property.

The condo- EXCELLENT ! It is exactly as pictured, and DIRECTLY OCEAN FRONT. Very clean. Perfect for 2 people, maybe more if they are youths... but it fit our needs very well. Grade - A

The owner - EXCELLENT ! My wife and I understand that there is a sequence of events that must happen after a hurricane before rentals can resume, but our anniversary trip was salvaged and made possible by the owners. Very accommodating, made provisions so we could get into our unit, and made sure that our stay was complete and that we were treated fairly. They did things they didn't have to do and we didn't expect, but all I can say is, they took care of us. Grade - A +

The management company who is in charge of reservations and check in - UGH !!! Where do I start ? My guess is that they do fine if all they have to do is enter information into the computer and take your money. I could spend a long time about the 20 phone calls we made plus a dozen emails we sent, but to summarize, we could only speak with a rep IN FLORIDA from the 7th thru the 10th BECAUSE THE OFFICE ON THE ISLAND WAS CLOSED. I can understand it for the most part, but restaurants and hotels WERE OPEN ON THE 9th ! . Unreal. After you hear excuse after excuse after excuse and no way to speak to someone within 100 miles of the property even when business is resuming..... maybe they can see that it is 'an opportunity for improvement.....' Grade - F minus

Were we to have left it up to the management company , we would not be able to get in until the 12th. However, due to the owners intervention, we were able to get in on the 10th. So, on a positive note, this is a VERY NICE 1 BR condo, reasonably priced, on a quiet beach area, well stocked, and CLEAN. The owners are great to work with, and again, I thank them for enabling this trip to happen.

Two Tom Fazio golf courses within this resort. The Ocean Course is directly across the street from the villa. The Harbor Course is about 2 minutes up the street. Both of these are open to the public for a fee. World Class Tennis Facility is available in this same area.

In addition to the 14% tax, all reservations are subject to a 5% reservations fee. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Any cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival. Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit any payments made.

A deposit of $250 is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival. Our management company, Wyndham Vacation Rentals, will collect all payments.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
