The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
View was spectacular, hang gliders were a nice bonus and no neighbor in site was perfection.
Better than expected! The house is beitififul. The view is spectacular. Loved watching the hang gliders. Could use some better pans for cooking and the gas grill was not working. Overall It exceeded out expectations. Would definitely come back.
We really enjoyed this cabin. Fantastic view, plenty of room, it really was perfect. During the day we went to some attractions and visited some waterfalls. At night we enjoyed the cabin, grilled out and watch the sunset. We went to Ruby falls, Incline railway, aquarium, and rock city. 3 days was not enough, we will have to comeback to see the rest. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
We really enjoyed our stay! Just hanging out the deck and watching the hang gliders was great! The wall of windows in the home gave you a view of the mountains all day. Truly worth the stay!
We were blown away by the amazing view. Drinks and dinner on the patio were just what the doctor ordered. The cabin comfortably slept all seven of our guests and we would certainly stay here again or recommend it to a friend. Thanks for the hospitality. - Malcolm
I had reservations at Stone Ledge Cabin for March 28th and 29th. Due to the death of my wife's mother, her funeral was on the 28th. I called Christina at the cabin rental and told her we would be up on the 29th and just check out and get a motel for the next night. I was taking my grand kids for Spring Break and my wife wanted me to go ahead and take them. When we got up there, Christina told us the cabin was not rented for the 30th and for us to just stay an extra night at the cabin so we wouldn't have to check out and go to a motel. Christina, Monica and Christian were so nice and helpful to us. The cabin was really nice and the view was amazing. We will stay here again when we go back to Look Out Mtn.
Nine miles from Rock City on the western bluff of Lookout Mountain, this cabin overlooks Lookout Mountain Hang Gliding. If you have ever wanted to soar like a bird, here is your chance. With two large decks, you can enjoy the sun setting over the mountains. The Tennessee Aquarium is just 15 miles away in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. You can cook in the kitchen or eat nearby at the famous Canyon Grill Restaurant (7mi) or at any of our award winning restaurants downtown (10-15mi). Take a day trip to the Ocoee River to whitewater raft at the location of the 1996 Olympics whitewater event. Hiking and waterfalls at nearby Cloudland Canyon State Park (8mi) are a must do for any outdoor enthusiast. For families, there is a wonderful children's museum, the Creative Discovery Museum (15mi) also in downtown Chattanooga. Locally there is bouldering, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, hang gliding, cycling, rafting, kayaking, and many other outdoor adventure sports. The Tennessee River has several neat features, and TVA has the Raccoon Mountain Pump Station which has a mountain top reservoir used to create electricity - and great mountain biking trails too.
