Property has 2 bedrooms - master bedroom with new king bed, dresser, bedside tables, etc., bathroom en suite, two closets, TV, linens and towels. 2nd bedroom contains 2 twin beds, TV, dresser, closet, etc., Linen closet and 2nd bathroom immediately facing bedroom. The apartment is tastefully furnished, and is provided with all amenities including WiFi, internet, cable TV, DVD player, etc. The rental is part of a six unit self-contained courtyard complex. The heated pool is in the center of the courtyard and contains BBQ grill, tables, chairs and loungers for sunbathing. The Bimini Basin is a short walk away where you will find the Four Freedoms Park, picnic area and gated playground for those of you who have children. If you bring your dog with you, there is a small park directly across from the complex where you can walk your pet. Four minutes drive will take you to the Cape Coral Yacht Club with it's pristine white sand beach, Community Park and Clubhouse, playground, and the newly opened Boathouse Bar & Grill/Tiki Bar and provides valet parking for a modest fee. Since the rental is located downtown, you will find close by, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms and shopping.
Taking the Cape Coral Bridge over the beautiful Caloosahatchee River will take you to Fort Myers, a 10 minute drive. A further 15 minute drive will take you to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island, both famous for their shelling. If you continue further south on Highway 41, you'll find Bonita Beach, Naples and Marco Island. All of the above provide ample shopping outlets, beaches and restaurants. Highway 41 going north will take you to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice, and many other beaches. Further afield is Orlando, 3 hours drive, Miami, 2 1/2 hours drive and Keywest, an 8 hour drive, although there are many tourist boats that will take you there in 2 hours.
If you prefer the outdoors, there are many companies who will provide you with fishing boats, including deep sea fishing, kayaks and canoes, paragliding and much more.
Going west for 30 minutes will take you to the barrier islands of Matlacha, (pronounced Matlashay), a fishing village with many waterfront restaurants, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and tourist memorabilia. Pine Island is home to many mango nurseries and Palm tree nurseries and is also worth a trip.

My husband, Rudy and I moved to Cape Coral from Chicago in 2007 where we were owners of many rental properties managed by both of us for more than 20 years. We sold our properties in April of 2007 and came down here for early retirement. Our 'retirement' lasted but a few short years at which time Rudy decided he was bored with 'nothing' to do, so he bought more rental properties here, and last year bought a self-contained complex of 6 apartments in a gated courtyard. It was my idea to convert them into seasonal rentals and he agreed, hence this listing.
Neither Rudy nor I were born in the USA. Rudy is German and I'm from the United Kingdom (Scotland). We have 4 children, 3 in Chicago, and one in Dublin, Ireland, and 8 grandchildren.
As you all must be aware, the northern states have BRUTAL winters, which was one of the main reasons we sold up in Chicago and moved here.

We fell in love with this property the minute we laid eyes on it and saw it's possibilities. It consists of 6 2 bed 2 bath units, 2 on one side of the pool, and 4 on the other side. The location was perfect for either yearly or seasonal rentals, being conveniently located in downtown Cape Coral in a short quiet side street, the only structure on it is Palm Breeze Apartments.

Absolutely wonderful. So pretty very peaceful. Beautiiful inside and out. Very friendly owners. The pool is beautiful plants and trees very well kept. Beautifull orange tree and bananna trees in the side yard. If I come back to visit my daughter I hope I will be able to book this spot again. It is convenient to get anything you want and beach is close. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone. We are above pleased.
My daughter and I really enjoyed this condo. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed was provided. Also was very clean and the location was convenient to both Cape Coral and Ft Myers. Maggie was very helpful with everything ahead of time and we will be staying here again. Thanks!!
This place is truly a little bit of heaven.
We enjoyed the cozy condo-like setting, the wonderful lanai and pool as well as the great neighbours we met there. It is very close to everything in Cape Coral and only a short trip to some of the best beaches in the area.
Rudy and Maggie were fabulous hosts during our three month stay; anything we needed magically appeared and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
This is our first trip to Cape Coral, but we will be back again next year to this place we now consider our Florida Home.
Palm Breeze Apartments are located on a peaceful side street in downtown Cape Coral. The apartment is approximately 900 sq ft, and contains everything needed for your comfort including TV's, WiFi and internet. The new kitchen was recently installed and contains every amenity. All beds are new and have never been slept in. Each unit has a marked designated parking spot. This is a brand new listing, but we are not brand new to the rental business. We have been landlords for 30 years and know how to cater to our tenants needs. The large swimming pool is heated and is provided with BBQ grill tables, chairs and loungers for sunbathing. The pool is cleared of any debris daily and serviced weekly by a pool company. Each unit is equipped with it's own washer and dryer. The comlex is self-contained within a gated courtyard and is not overlooked by other residences ensuring ensuring serenity and privacy. If you have pets, there is a small park directly opposite the property where they can be walked. All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. There are designated 'doggie parks' that allow them to run free if you so choose. We are located mere minutes from the Cape Coral Bridge that will take you to the heart of Fort Myers in under 10 minutes. 'The Cape' as it's known locally is famous for it's canals, all 400 miles of them, most of them navigable. SW Florida boasts 350 days of sunshine on average, with little or no rain during the winter season.
The property is located within walking distance to Bimini Basin with it's Four Freedoms Park, fenced in playground and picnic area with BBQ grills. A four minute drive will take you to the Cape Coral Yacht Club situated on a pure white sand beach. Amenities there include the Boathouse Bar & Grill and Tiki Bar, Community Park and playground. Crossing the Bridge to Fort Myers will take you to the shelling island beaches of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. Going south on Highway 41 or I75, you'll find Bonita Beach, Naples and Marco Island.
North on 41 will take you to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice Beach, etc. There are many barrier islands west of Cape Coral including Pine Islands, (Greater and Little), Matlacha, (pronounced Matlashay), a quaint old Florida fishing village which offers sailing, kayaking, bars and restaurants as well as tourist memorabilia. If you wish to venture further afield, Orlando is 3 hours away, and Miami 2 1/2. Key West is an 8 hour drive, however there are many ships that will take you there in a little over 2 hours.
