The master bedroom includes a newly purchased king size mattress (Serta Philmore Pillowtop) with a new bedspread, professionally laundered sheets, a 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, large closet and a connecting en-suite.
Ceiling fans and air conditioners are located in both the bedroom and the living room. On most days, the unit is cool enough with just the trade winds and ceiling fans, but occasionally you might need a/c, so we have provided that for your comfort.
Enjoy fresh meals you've prepared in the well appointed kitchen or barbecue on the gas grills located throughout the complex, or you are also only a short stroll to one of the many fine local restaurants.
You will enjoy a three minute walk to a world class beach. All of the Kamaole Beach parks feature lifeguards and are among the premier beaches on Maui.
Kamaole Sands is located in the charming town of Kihei and is less than 5 minutes to the exclusive Wailea shops, golfing and restaurants. Public transportation stops right outside Kamaole Sands.
You will find two jet hot tubs, a large pool and a children’s wading pool. There are 4 regulations size tennis courts and an exercise room. Other amenities include 24 hour front desk & security, on site activity desk, 8 large BBQ areas, reserved parking next to our building, welcome continental breakfast on your first morning by the pool and on Wednesday afternoon there is a poolside Mai Tai party with live Hawaiian music.

We live in Coquitlam, British Columbia (30 kilometres east of Vancouver), where Dave works in the construction industry and Karen works for local government. We have always had a passion for the ocean, beaches and sunsets. We hope to visit Maui a couple times a year and spend even more time when we retire. We both believe it's one of the best places on earth!

We live on the west coast of Canada so we definitely take our much needed and anticipated break every Winter. Kihei has the best beaches, and weather in Maui. The South Kihei area has the least amount of rain of anywhere on the island. This location is close to everything. Numerous shops, restaurants and activities are located within walking distance of our condo.
Kamaole Sands is a great place for both active or relaxing vacations! The 15 acre resort is located directly across from Kamaole Beach III. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the tropical landscaping include fountains and a waterfall. Just minutes away from everything; golfing, shopping, restaurants, and beaches and pools. The immediate area is perfect for cycling, snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, boogie/paddle boarding, running, and walking.
You can do it all or do nothing at all!
Hawaii was a wonderful much needed break for my husband and I.
Sitting out on the lanai each night as the sun went down will be missed so much!

We had a wonderful stay in 5-307 Kamaole Sands. The property is gorgeous and extremely well kept and the condo itself was very comfortable. It has been updated and has a well stocked kitchen. The bathroom even had travel size toiletries! The view from the lanai is beautiful...the perfect place to have your morning coffee or to watch the sun set. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning units kept the condo cool for sleeping. Karen was very easy to deal with and quick to answer any questions. We very highly recommend staying at this condo!
The condo was perfect for our family. The location to the beach made it so enjoyable to not have to try to pack up the car to get to the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed including beach toys our kids loved!

We had a wonderful stay at Kameole Sands. The check in process was very smooth, facilities easy to find, the property is well kept.
The unit was excellent - well decorated, well stocked from utensils to beach chairs, and even had travel size toiletries, and plus great view. Good sleep is very important to our family, especially on vacation, so we really appreciated the King size bed in the Master Bedroom and the new sturdy sofa bed in the living room. Highly recommend this condo! Looking forward to staying there again!
What an awesome place to stay that comfortably accommodated our group of four (my wife and I plus another couple). It was so nice being able to sit on the lanai and watch the sunsets, plus the beach is only steps away. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui. Thanks again!
We were unsure as to what to expect but were very happy when we arrived. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, coolers, laundry, just everything. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, about 100 steps from the property! Everything was very comfortable for our stay.
When we arrived the owners had just replaced the old furniture with wonderful looking and very comfortable new stuff; couch, chair and new dining table and chairs. LOVE the new decor...good job owners!
