Located 3 short blocks to Santa Monica Beach this furnished studio unit comfortably sleeps up to 2 people. It is in the center of trendy Ocean Park which boasts many upscale Boutiques and Restaurants. Walk to the Beach, to Urth Cafe and Yoga Works.

The unit is just 20 minutes from LAX.

This unit has FIOS Wireless Internet access. 1 32”Flat Screen HDTV, HD DVD player. A Queen Size Bed. Fully furnished kitchen with Microwave, toaster, Blender, Juicer, coffee grinder and coffee Maker with a gas stove, refrigerator. All Towels and Linens included. This unit has New Hardwood floors. A large Sautillo Tile Patio with Teak Table and Chairs with a Propane Mushroom Heater for those chilly Beach nights.

Permit Parking on the street for 1 car supplied by the owner.

House cleaning every 2 weeks ($75) and landscaping done every week.

Great location, clean, convenient

I stayed here for 3 months from May to August and had a great experience. The location is as good as it gets (the beach, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Third Street Promenade are all just a short walk away) and the apartment comes with everything you need - linens, kitchenware, etc. I just showed up with a suitcase full of clothes and was good to go.

John was a great host and available to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

A PERFECT STUDIO FOR A PERFECT PLACE

Hello everyone.

My best friend and I rented the studio for a month last year. That was great. The studio was clean, comfortable, fully furnished and equipped. The best part was the patio, really apreciated. Santa Monica is a very nice area.

John is a helpful owner : thank's to him for his smile and his kindness.

This area of Santa Monica is called Ocean Park or affectionately called Dogtown (Where skateboarding began) Its a neighborhood with lots of locals. Only 3 blocks to the beach and you can walk just about anywhere.
