The Aspens has to be Whistler's most famous Ski In/Ski Out Condo Lodge. The Condo is well situated at the slopeside end of the building, you can sit on your deck and watch all the action on the ski hill

The Aspens is conveniently and elegantly situated at the very base of the Blackcomb Ski Slope, the property affords immediate access to the Ski Slopes and the high speed Wizard Quad Chair lift up the mountain. Whistler Village is just a few minutes walk away, and all restaurants, bars and amenities of the resort are also within walking distance.

Our Condo has recently been fully refurbished and offers luxury and stylish finishing touches to make you feel completely at home. High end furnishings and conveniences will allow you to relax in style after a days activities. A year round heated Swimming Pool, along with 3 huge Hot Tubs. For those still bursting with energy, there is an equipped workout room equipped with modern cardio machines and showers. Uniquely, The Aspens offers its own Ski & Snowboard rental shop. There is a Complimentary Valet to look after your Equipment during your stay. The Lobby offers a media and relaxation room. There is a 24 hr front desk and onsite security.

We are a British Family living in Whistler with our 3 boys. After visiting Whistler since 1991, we eventually decided to up sticks and move to our dream location. Whilst vacationing in Whistler, we always used to stay at The Aspens and eventually ended up buying this slopeside condo. We hope you enjoy our homes here in Whistler like we did for so many years when visiting.

Why Stu Sambell chose Upper Village

Location, Location, Location! Direct Access to the Ski Slopes and Chair Lifts and only a few minutes walk into the village. Pubs, 5 star Fairmont Chateau Whistler and restaurants are all on your doorstep. In the Summer, you can walk to the Golf Clubs and Lakes within 15 minutes, the Kidz Play Zone is at the base of the hill and the eclectric Farmers Market display all its home grown goods and wares every Sunday during summer months.

What makes this condo unique

We love to sit on our deck at the end of a days activities with a glass of wine watching the fun of the Skiers/ boarders passing beneath our feet.

Convenient, comfortable, would stay again

The space was exactly what we were looking for, somewhere to rest between days on the slopes. It was easy ski in and ski out, quiet at night, close enough to walk up from the Blackcomb base. Overall great stay.

Superb Location! True Slope-side View and Ski in/Ski out Access

Unit #354 at The Aspens is in a prime location! Only a few of these condos actually can see the mountain view, but this unit is right next to the Wizard Express lift and you can see a perfect view of Blackcomb Mountain. The unit itself is nice and has everything you would need, but could use some minor updates. There also wasn't any information provided on where to discard garbage, how to access pool towels, details for checking out, etc. (no info book). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Whistler is a beautiful place to ski and visit!

Perfect location

We have stayed at The Aspens before, but the location of this unit is ideal. It is on the uphill side of the compex looking up the slope, which means it is very quiet. No frills, but all of the basics you expect in a vacation condo--basic pots and pans, cutting boards, utensils, dishes, etc. We always appreciate the ski-in/ski-out and the ski valet.

Unfortunately, the cable box was not working, so no TV, but there is a large TV in the common area off the lobby. Also, there was not any additional information for guests, like a binder or booklet, with information about the TV, thermostat, what to do with trash, etc. Small things, and easily remedied.

Despite a couple things being off, I can definitely recommend this unit, the owners/reservation group was easy to work with, and this unit will be a top choice for when we return to The Aspens.
