Spacious (1,383 sq. ft.) top-floor, two-level condo located in the Evergreen Lodge between the Vail Valley Medical Center and the Dobson Ice Arena and near the library. The free In-town bus route has a stop by the Library/Ice Arena. The condo is a short walk to the Gondola and Chair 8 in Lionshead.

The Evergreen Lodge has a restaurant and a sports bar as well as a ski shop during ski season. There are no-charge PC's in the lobby and wireless internet access in the condo and lobby. Complimentary ski storage is available in the bell captain's room in the lobby. A coin operated laundry is located on the same floor as the condo.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and three full baths. The condo has mountain views from the kitchen and master bedroom.

It features a gas fireplace, 3 flat-screen tv's, 2 DVD players, and a VCR in the living room. Sleeping is for 6. BR #1 has a king-size bed. BR #2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have full in-suite baths. The living room has a fold down futon with a very good quality queen-size mattress as well as another full bath.

The Evergreen has a fitness center, heated outdoor pool, a sauna and a large indoor hot tub with a view to the mountain.

There is a reserved parking spot in the underground garage.

The condo cleaning cost is $150 per stay and occurs following check out. In-stay cleaning fees would be extra.

We do have a strict No Smoking and No Pets policy.

Please note that the Evergreen does not have air conditioning.

Wonderful Family Trip

This unit is in a great location, has been very well maintained, and was perfect for our vacation. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with, and the staff at the lodge helped us with a few on-site questions we had, as well. Christmas in Vail is hard to beat, and so is this rental. HP

Good location and value

We stayed 4 nights skiing in Vail and the three of us were very happy with the stay in Evergreen. It's a convenient walk to either Lionshead (3 min) or Vail Village (8 min) to grab dinner or to head to the mountain. The condo itself is spacious and had no issues. The only thing to note is that everything is a little dated, but hard to beat for value. Highly recommend!

Awesome location

We were extremely happy renting this unit in the Evergreen Lodge! The pictures don't do it justice. The unit is extremely spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay as we ate many meals in after stopping at the local supermarket. It was extremely close to Lionshead where we started each day on the slopes. Even though it's an easy walk, we still elected to hop on the in-town bus one stop each day. The beds were comfortable as well as all of the furniture. What was also really nice was having 3 full bathrooms. Staying in a condo/hotel was also convenient as there was the restaurant/bar downstairs. It was so nice after a long day of skiing to just walk downstairs for a quick bite and a drink! Parking in the underground deck was extremely convenient as I was able to just walk in a few steps to the elevator and be close to the room which was convenient for groceries and carrying luggage. I would definitely stay here again - it was priced well and you can't beat the location for the price.

Plenty of room, very comfortable, intown location

Great apartment; 2 floors, 2 bedrooms each with restrooms, tv, and plenty of room on 2nd floor. First floor has a futon, large living room and kitchen with all the gear you need. Fast wifi.

Very well located in town, short walk to free bus if you have skis to haul. Otherwise, easy walk into shopping and restaurants. There's a great Nepali restaurant in the hotel lobby along with a bar and small ski shop. Safeway supermarket is a 10 minute drive so you can mix eating in and out.

Will stay again next time in Vail.
