This wonderful southern beach escape will certainly become your favorite escape. Enjoy the outdoors, shelling, long walks for breakfast, or just reading by the shore as the tides ebb and flow.
You will never be disappointed. The entire condo has been totally remodeled and absolutely perfect, with plenty of storage and newness. The master bedroom has a king bed, and private bath, which was remodeled last year. Additionally, there is a gorgeous new walk-in shower in the master bath. The front bedroom has twins and its own bath, with a shower/tub combo, that is also remodeled. The washer and dryer are brand new located in a separate laundry area away from guests' eyes. The cross breezes are intoxicating as you relax. However, we also have air and heat should the occasion arise. To put it simply, THIS is a perfect retreat.

Belleair Beach is a totally upscale residential community, 5 minutes from Clearwater Beach and it's finest fishing. Nearby are groceries, outstanding restaurants, shops, parks, marinas and many water activities. The Tampa Intl Airport is about 40 minutes away, and St. Pete Airport about 25. Additionally, you're very close to museums in both Tampa and St. Pete, theaters, 2 fabulous aquariums, Raymond James Stadium, the Ray's Stadium, Busch Gardens, Brighthouse Field, and Lowrey Park Zoo. Orlando is less than 2 hours away. The rental is a MONTHLY rental only, and pets are not allowed, per condo rules. I personally do not allow smoking of any kind.
My husband and I live locally, and will be available to assist you any time you need us..we are 5 miles away on the mainland. We love this get-a-way, close, yet far away.
