The bedrooms both have king size beds, and we also offer 2 twin rollaway beds for additional sleepers. Plus, you'll enjoy relaxing in the oversized jacuzzi tub included in the Master suite! Our unit also features a full kitchen and a private patio, which offers you a beautiful view of hole #12 on the Holiday Hills Golf Course. This condo is in a safe, gated community, and it's ground level with no stairs. Simply walk-in from the building-front parking.

We are a married couple who live in suburban Kansas City. A church music pastor and an elementary school teacher, we are both very busy with our church and friends... But we love to get away to Branson every time we get a chance!

We found this condo to be the perfect place for our weekend getaway to Branson. The property is warm and cozy and exactly as described. It's very conveniently located, with The Landing and downtown Branson a short trip away. Access to both Hwy. 65 and 76 are both quick and easy as well. We will definitely make this our first consideration for future trips! Thanks so much!
This condo has very comfortable, clean furniture with seating for 7 in living room. The master bedroom is very large. The beds were comfy and clean. Like the separate thermostat in the 2nd bedroom too. Well equipped kitchen with extra touches like salt/pepper, coffee filters. Easy to find and access codes. There is a grocery close by and lots of restaurants a few miles away at The Landing.

We did not receive instructions and directions to the condo until the day before arrival date and if I had not called the owner, probably would not have made the trip. Overall, the location, description and layout of this condo was exactly as described in the write-up. It was comfortable and we were able to relax. I don't know if the owner is aware of this, but I would like to bring to his attention the following: The hair dryer in the master bathroom did not work. It made a grinding sound and there was no air blowing out. The bathroom floor in both rooms needs to be cleaned better by housekeeping. The water heater is very noisy when the shower is running. The jacuzzi was used once and when it's on, there is an annoying static noise coming from the water heater. On the first day of arrival, we noticed that the inside part of the microwave door was shattered and it looked like someone tried to tape it. I don't know how they could have done this. The microwave is usable. There were two light bulbs out in the smaller bathroom and one in the master bathroom. Don't know if a previous tenant just loosened it or if it was burned out. Yes, we would recommend this property to others providing the above have been taken care of. My husband has golfed at Holiday Hills and it is convenient to stay at a condo there. Even if it's only 5 minutes or so away from the shops, theaters and restaurants, it would be nice to be closer to these locations. Thank you.

The rooms are VERY big and that makes this condo super comfortable. And one of the very best things about it...
After a "shop til' you drop" afternoon, carrying in bags was really easy. Loved that both bedrooms had KING beds too.
With four ladies, having 2 big bathrooms is a must.
We had a great time and I would highly recommend this condo for a vacation getaway.
The home was absolutely lovely, clean, and easy to find. We loved staying here. It is on the golf course, but because of the rain we could not play, however we walked the cart path, and it made a very nice walk.
We saw four Christmas shows and the traffic was very manageable.
We highly recommend this property.

Also, for many years we did not ask our guests for a cleaning fee, but with rising costs we are forced to ask you to help with this expense. We still do not charge a damage deposit, and the $25 cleaning fee (non taxed) is only a small portion of our actual cost. Thank you for your help and understanding.
