Cruise to the nearest clubhouse or pool in a Club Car golf cart – just remember to plug it in when you return!
Come home to a like-new, expanded Laredo model floor plan recently furnished in contemporary Southwestern style. Kick off your boots (sandals?) and relax in a comfortable great room that features a 51” plasma screen and BOSE virtual surround sound.
Get your gourmet on in the fully-equipped modern kitchen. The raised counter with three barstools is great for quick bites. Entertaining friends or family? The counter-height dining table has seating for eight.
The flagstone patio offers a comfortable outdoor living area with a beautiful mountain view. Grill up steaks or burgers on the built-in gas BBQ and set the table for an enjoyable evening under the Sonoran desert sky.
At the end of the day, relax in the luxurious master suite with king bed and sitting area, large four-piece bath and walk-in closet. A second bedroom and full bath will accomodate family or overnight guests.
Owners Sue & Rick currently reside in Gig Harbor, WA and look forward to the time they will occupy this beautiful Saddlebrooke home, but full retirement is still a few years away. Sue owned an architectural design firm and exercises her creative (and other) muscles in the garden. Rick managed corporate affairs for a large tech company in Washington and is an active volunteer for several community organizations.

We've lived in the Northwest most of our lives, so the desert climate is a radical change for us. But the warmth of the sun, call of the Catalinas and the promise of many more 'usable days' was irresistable.
This is a beautifully furnished, ten-year old home with a Great Room separating the master suite and guest bedroom. It's just the right size for two people and also can comfortably accomodate overnight guests. With access to all the amenities and activities at Saddlebrooke, it's a perfect vacation escape.
My husband and I stayed about three weeks in this beautiful home. Everything was SO comfortable, the decor gorgeous, living room/bedroom furniture couldn't have been nicer or more comfy, large flat screen TV, DVD player, music, many more special features. The flagstone patio in back features dramatic views of Mt. Lemmon. Owner was easy to reach by phone or email, very helpful, as was nearby property manager. We'd definitely rent this home again, recommend it to friends.
By far the best rental experience we've ever had. The home was immaculate and contained everything we needed and more. The owner went out of his way to make last minute changes to meet our schedule and always responded immediately any time we had questions. We felt like we were "at home" during our stay at this special rental.
Our stay here more than met all our expectations. The owner's picture are accurate but don't reflect all the amenities. The owners have a binder that explains the operation of the homes amenities and all the amenities of Saddlebrooke, this is really a plus as we have stayed in a VRBO home where no instructions were given on appliances, TV's stereos etc. This home is not really a second home in our opinion but the home the owners will live in when they retire and it shows. It is beautifully decorated, roomy and the backyard and patio are a great place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee and a margarita in the afternoon. Golf, pool, restaurants and good entertainment are all right there in Saddlebrooke. You are also close to state parks and Mt Lemmon with so many choices to hike or bike. This is definitely a 5 star home!!
THE LISTING DESCRIPTION WAS ACCURATE REGARDING THIS LOCATION. WE FOUND THE HOUSE TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES PORTRAYED IT, WE FELT LIKE WE WERE IN A MODEL HOME. BOTH THE OWNER AND THE CARETAKER WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. WE LOVE THE SADDLEBROOKE AREA AND LOVE TO USE THE CLUBHOUSES AND RESTAURANTS. YOU ARE CLOSE TO TUCON AND CAN DO SO MANY THINGS IN THE AREA. TWO MONTHS IS USUALLY NOT ENOUGH FOR US TO DO ALL THAT WE WANT TO DO. LOVED THIS HOUSE.
We rented this wonderful home for 7 weeks to revisit SaddleBrooke. The home was all we wished for -exceptional clean and well maintained, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well stocked, living room comfortable with big flat TV,den with computer, masterbedroom with bathroom and huge closet.The use of the golf cart, was enjoyed by my husband. All activities are closed by and its location is perfect for morning walks
We enjoyed the beautiful mountainview from the backpatio every morning, while watching the birds balancing on the ocotillo.

My parents, husband and I stayed at this beautifully furnished and well stocked house. The owner was very pleasant to work with. He was prompt and helpful with any questions we had. Property was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are separated by the living area. Master has an ensuite bathroom, additional bedroom has a bathroom right next to it. Even tho not ensuite it is private with a wall separating the bedroom/bath area. The kitchen had everything we needed, the view from the patio was breathtaking looking at the mountains and sunrises and sunsets. The area is perfect for walking with a view of mountains. Great area for golfing, biking and hiking. Definitely recommend. :)
